fitness

i have written previously also on physical fitness. in early times few decades earlier people were more fit and healthy. the main reason was a regular life in the family. the adults were at home soon after their routine work. very few were found in restaurants,hotels and bars. more was dependent on home made food. seeing or copying the foreign culture we adopted many habits which cannot be applied in India due to its climate. India have more hot days and we are taking that food which is easily digestible in cold season. wine and dine can be good in Europe or America but not in India. . we not understood the culture of abroad but left ours the main cause of health and fitness. . the indian type of food is grown or grows naturally as the need of the area. we also eat kachori or samosa but its time is different ,it is oily but made in mustard and good for Indians as the refined or low fat by treatment is always harming the sub continent residents. in India even the food is different in south .Bengal and other states. the food developed in the respective areas as per their necessary. as for e.g., petha in Agra, it was developed as a medicine for this area, if you take it daily no depression or mental disease which occurred in plenty since times. this i classify as food therapy and working on it. use of hing is more in this area due to more stomach trouble. the necessary herbs and shrubs themselves grow or planted in the area and more area. the animals itself eat and cure. this was the way how man experimented in early stage for knowing the properties. cabbage, water melon,melon, guava, jamun,shehtut and many are found in abundance where they are needed and themselves people eat and self cured .this is the natural phenomena, nature itself cure. but due to adopting fast,drinks, others like chocolates,sugar etc the new technology products we have themselves invited the new diseases due to change. traditionally bura, khand, tagar was not a cause of dibities because people were using it and were regular in habits. go early to bed, get early. use to go to parks, open and to their khets in villages. work to finish early and by dawn people at home and enjoyed with family with traditional ways. . can be observed those deprived of money and have less facilities are more healthy though they are living in very adverse and non hygienic places. their resistance power is more because they are getting raw food no fast food. these type of foods can be enjoyed for a change but not regularly. my children since ears eat noodles fast food chocolates, etc and i see they even go fir yoga, exercise etc but then also they have problems of anxiety ,sleepiness, etc. this all is due to more such things. generally due to good taste these are also over eated by children and even by adults now.
so for keeping the doctor away we will have to go back to local culture and to eat the locally prepared products, or grown nearby. then only more fitness. more sleeping is also a disease it shows weakness in body. all can improve by doing household work. this we not copy from developed countries. easily say that servants are costly there they cannot afford so they not keep. but this is not the reality. many can AFFORD THERE BUT DO NOT WANT TO BREAK THEIR REGULAR LIFE. MIDDLE EAST GET EASILY FROM ASIA AND AFRICA. NOT UNAFFORDABLE. SEE TO IT AND CHANGE YOUR VIEWS AND COME BACK TO YOUR CULTURE. SO THE MAIN IDEA IS THAT WE CAN GET RID OF ILL HEALTH CAUSED BY ADULTERATION, WRONG TECHNOLOGY AS IN PRODUCTION OF SUGAR AND REFINED OILS THE CHEMICALS USED ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR MANY THINGS. THE USE OF MANY MEDICINES HAS MAKES US IMMUNED TO RESIST AND FIGHT THE DISEASE ALLOPATHY IS BOON TO RECOVER BUT NOT A COMPLETE SOLUTION FOR EVER. THE UNANI AND ayurvedic is the permanent cure and no side effects . these systems do not work if you are not regular and not work so itself they will bring good regular habit and you feel a change. and can enjoy good food of our country. healthy and tasty food i also look for. enjoy long age like our predecessors. i see to my old parents still enjoying good local ,seasonal fruits which are not allowed to me because i also use to enjoy parties etc. and less fit then previous generations. i do want next this to repeat and suffer...
