roots are very deep

roots of division in indian subcontinent are very old, it has become a nature and practice among the citizens in this area. in indian subcontinent at present are India,Pakistan,Bangladesh,shrilanka,Bhutan,Nepal,Myanmar,Indonesia,Malaysia and nearby small countries. why i always mention subcontinent because the species are same and their culture resembles a lot. though from time to time many changed their religions but their way of thinking is nearly same different from other parts of Asia,Europe,Africa,and America.as well known that sindu ghati civilization is very old still verified after Egyptian or Mesopotamia.like of Israel (Jerusalem)and nearby many religions originated here.many other religions came to India with the invaders and vast adopted them. many races like Aryans, parsis came to India and became Indians.though the migrants in beginning spoke their language but after wards they started speaking indian language and mixed with indian culture.this was the quality and culture of this area,but some which was in roots and also came with migrants remained as a disadvantage and barrier for the development as it was possible in this area.that was division among classes, which sometimes also caused hatred and inequality.
people were divided among caste viz. Brahman Kshatriya vaishya Sudra, this was a problem in many times and many reformers try to remove it but not fully successful due to opportunists.one class always blamed the other though all were followers of same religion but a difference created by opportunists. actually this division was as the work they did and it formed a class. a new class originated in them rich and poor and still in scheduled caste what we call creamy layer now. always the politicians or rulers took a big advantage of this division. what i want to explain is that it is human nature to divide and rule which still exists in present leadership and politics. Britishers took the advantage of divisions in name of religions, Hindus,Muslims,Sikh
,Christians etc, in state non Bengali Bengali, non maharashtrian maharastrian and even division on basis of local language, what a way to make vote bank.even the indian leaders also addressed in this way , still same pattern, this was the reason the society divided among such. why not addressed mere Hindustani bhaiyo, mere deshwasiyo,mere rashtra k nagriko, since birth children of India heard Hindu Muslim Sikh Isaiah. and they had in mind all are different. these are the few mistakes done by our predecessors which made a different view among the citizens. man forgot humanity,nationalism,and respect and became Hindu Muslim or christian. politicians took the opportunity and undeserved many candidates reach parliament and legislative state assemblies. the low %is ruling everywhere in country taking the advantage of divisions on immaterial things. when the right and majority will rule that only if majority may select the candidates and the opportunists who won with the help of such divisions are out . this is a topic to seen and thought to develop the country.

theatre, towards extinct

what were those days when we use to act in drama,plays at our school. many such program mes were conducted and we use to enjoy viewing and acting, i still remember adrak ke panje which our class teacher mr.garg directed. at st. peters. we use to prepare in field under trees rehearsal for months. i don't know that now students take part so eagerly as we use to . theater gave many great artists to filmm industry. many program mes of nukkar nataks made history to get their rights and to bring awareness. theother forms of natak like bhagat,bhandai of bhands was also liked by people. police arrangement to control the rush is seen by me in my childhood in lohamandi, and other parts of old city. though few are still trying to keep this art alive but i was very sad to see the gathering at a programme.though few are taking interst in it but the new generation is very less interested. lack of ordians and interst in young can put this art to extinct.there is also no proper place for practice in agra, there is also no approprate funds to preserve the old plays and a library. their is a need of a centre to prepare plays for awareness regarding many problems,education etc. it should not be forgotten to act in theatre is a very hard task and need perfectness. no chance of retakes like films or serials a modified form of plays. it is accepted by industry that theatre can produce big artists and an institute at agra is also a possibilty. the experiences of many artists residing at agra services can be achieved for new comers. hope for some attention and support by adminstration and residents of agra. why agra talent may not go to bollywood.

in my several blogs i had highlighted many of the problems,people face seen in our localities .leniency due to which crime increased, how to increase income of local govt bodies, state and central govt. i appreciate that many of my readers whom i give my site addresses and many govt. officers who were either my class or school mates gave attention towards it, some of them even became punctual and fair in their job. i had also written many reasons of jams and slow development of Agra city.
i had also written to many dept ts. directly on many matters though they not replied but that was an idea for future to them. really i feel pity on seeing those areas who are awaiting for development since independence, but due to no quality work and planning funds were wasted. though there were methods to save digging of new roads,lanes the method was not adopted. the planning was not seeing the future load. their was a method to put cement lines before construction of roads with main holes and it had been possible to put all cables,etc of telephone,and even power lines. before making roads the sewage and water pipe lines must have been renovated. this was a plan to be controlled earlier in a planned way by n.m.p., a.d.a., and other nigams. the same area work was done by many wasting funds.the highway authority of India reduced the connections of colonies on highways this created the problem of jams,if more access have been given the the traffic must have been distributed unnecessary at many places accumulate at crossings.again i repeat that strictness on vehicles checking and manage overloading which give chance to hide in rush can reduce crime. m.g. road have no alternative except double storey road due to construction and obstacles not easy to remove and very near crossings from bhagwan talkies to pratappura.more then 16 crossings small or big and railway line at two places .being a very busy road too many flyovers will also be a problem. seeing the future load light vehicles on lower ground road and first floor road for heavy and passing traffic which does want to get down on way.their are some parts of road which can be connected to come down if properly guided and well designed by an architect. to solve the crisis of jams and image of country who come to visit Taj good acces of city on m.g. road and yamuna kinara is very necessary. their is lot of space to broaden the yamuna kinara road....

IRRITATION

the word irritation is very common,but very strange and really
very harmful for sensitive persons. as i have said that it gives really such sometimes that a person bear from inside.
few examples i will give, if you start from home, how you get irritated and also helpless to retaliate. you like that your children may get early but they not ,you ask them but they make many excuses,but you accept ,many other at home like husband others make such excuses. so after wards you wait for everything and irritation occurs. this happens in maximum families in world.so if you want to prevent you cannot. it will occur these are one of the reasons of hypertension,diabetes,and also depression. the person irritates when somebody not obey him outsider or family member,generally irritation occurs when the results are not as per your expectation.you expect that your children,friends,students, others. behave as per you have taught them or as brought up in your family but you find differ it gives irritation. so though it is very common but the nursery for start of many diseases. so be less irritated and be healthy.

irritation

i am back after my operation of cataract. thanks to well known Dr. son of famous doctor near Delhi gate Agra. name can not be given due to agreement with blogger. but his control in hospital and experience in field helped me a lot. i m unilocular and my r/e. is under treatment since July 2009. i am greatly thankful to dr. and others of hospital for hospitality and care. the first new hospital in Agra following the norms of cleanliness and other facilities. if this must have been in my first o/t. period
i must not have suffered the set back of r/e.
now i am fine and my new blog will be on irritation. Dr during my operation said twice to his juniors don't irritate me a topic for me to define.really this is very common and some gives frustration. pls read next blogs in detail on irritation......najeeb khan
