what is the true social service. it is that the help may go to the needy,apart of cast,creed,religion or community.the social service is not to show or to get recognition in society.i know many social servers and organizations who only give the benefit to their household or factory employees.this they do to get double benefit,show in society,publicity,and indirect bonus to their near employees.the employees who get such help ware continuing on work under impression that they have got extra help,but they do not know that this was not an obligation.in short i want to say that this should be done only through registered organization.God will never accept it as as donation to poor if you accept extra work from the helper.their have come up many organizations to do such social work only to get publicity,a senior person is called on such occasion to get media coverage.the genuine social help as per all religions is that such help should not be publicized.because by doing so the real needy cannot take help. if not open those can also receive help though they need help but among society they are known in better position.this way you can even help your relatives,friends,etc....many organizations should merge and come on one platform to work on bigger projects.but by ding so only deserving and less people will be on portfolios and on news.but the decisions to help to whom will be more impartial. hope people will help the needy and doyen trodden. social service can be done also without money .for it see my web. helptheworld.hpage.com

it will help
all those govt deptt. or banks who have adopted on line transactions have made the life easy of the consumer or tax payer .the results can be seen in postoffices,b.s.n.l.,torrent power,banks,and obviously in other private sector. since the takeover of electric there are rare to get correction.online payyment reduce corruption to nil. though the n.m.p. &water works have this facility they are not updated because hand payment receipt is still in practice,and the demand bills are not updated and vary in same area houses in same circle and locality. this is due to personal benifit of the payer and a little interest of receiver or asssor is giving huge losses to the govt. agencies.this can be prevented if the higher authorities may do a random surver and may not dpend on juniors.now the systems shold be perfect and no pressure of any in any case .every body enjoy the same facility,why some to enjoy.if their is proper control and proper valuation,then their will be no need to increase taxes,and the revenue will itslf increase.due to corruption the right revenue is not going to govt...when this slogan will end upar bhi to pahuchana hai arey upar wala to deta hai wo tum sey kya lega, kya ab upar wala lunow ya delhi main rehney laga hai .o.k. this is a different story which the new and right coming generations can only finish..now to much has been earned by unfair means. the salary of govt employees,elected representatives is decent.then why corruption. before independance the bribe was taken by only wrong persons ,but now for saving some by individual,and few the mass is suffering heavy taxes. those who take benifit should not be happy on one side they think yhey have saved but actually they are paying more due to increase in taxes.they spent more in comparison to other classes.so due to corruption by few givers or takers.the poor is facing problem..i hope the educated will calculate from my ideas,and will come forward to do something for the nation,and will complete the vision of great leaders who have even sacrificed themselves for the nation...spell mistake will be edited afterwards due to less vision of mine god may bless all. jai hind najeeb khan......

if you view a film.read newspaper,magazine,or adds. on t. v. .you can see exposure by models,artists,actresses.the educated know that these wear very thin inner which on photography shows semi naked.i have seen many illiterate buying newspaper and see films to see such. the direction is done in such way that exposure may be pictured to show maximum.but ever the censor and makers has thought what it is giving to society.do such not creating anxiety among youngsters,and creating corruption among uneducated. why and till when the craze of this masala. the graph of corruption in villages,towns,hi-phi families have raised due to seeing such. years back people use to go to red light areas for fulfilling their sexual desires,now their are very less such .so the corruption is rising in society. you can agree to me if you read news paper or view news or other progammes.the exposure is not even related to adds...selling something showing something..the misuse is more as it always happen people are using more of wrong purposes. in old films the viewers use to understand by dialogues background,and songs the main theme and the minors could not understand.but now every thing is viewed with all. i am not an orthodox but i want that make such that it may not create abuses but a society to see who can understand the right or wrong and to give education to children the fact in proper way.and teach them to be away from corrupts. and awareness programmes to be run in schools and t. v. and they to be viewed.prevention is the best cure. care for your children ,give some time to them and do not become a part of society of glamour and show. khan najeeb 1956 agra 282005

i often go to court for my pending cases what a scene their. now everybody is getting handsome salary.but their is open corruption in front of higher authorities.the corruption in British rule was because then most of the judges were here to enjoy.they knew that we are on deputation.so their were summer vacations,,lot of holidays. but after independence the corruption must have ended but it continues. the judges not feel shame that the staff is charging peshi in their presence.many times media showed it but no effect or action. the one party who have benefit in delay is enjoying.the mediators are of great help for any wrong work. will a poor man or common men can get real justice.will the right people will come up to end this corruption and delays due to no reasons.the small causes cases are pending since decades due to personal benefits and corruption.their should be a limit of time of every case.when will the right will not suffer due to such. in my case i saw that affi davits can prove many thing because their is no punishment until somebody challenge it and it is a long process. in my case pa 3 2002 have said that i do not stay in Agra. and now the case will be at til i prove. i am not aware of much law but i wonder that how the defendant can take advantage. the problem is that take corruption is from grass root level to highest level. and if you expose something then be ready to suffer,as it happened with me in many cases. whenever as a social service i came in picture i was harassed a lot personally because the rate of %of corrupt people is very high and this has been proved by many surveys data s done by Indian and foreign organizations.hope that the generation will improve it for serving the nation jai hind najeeb khan agra 282005 india

on line transactions precaution....
these days most of the banks are doing internet banking. it is a good effort, but their are some drawbacks. sometimes errors can be untraceable,my daughters ATM withered amount twice i complained the bank but about year have passed but no results or information. what i mean to say if it must have been big amount simple assurances by bank must not have worked i or my child whop was outside must have faced difficulty.so i mean to use cards is only for emergency. w/d. by cheques is more reliable.password safety is very imp .sometimes the card may get stacked and you can be cheated .their are many experts who can try to copy your password if they any how see your key board movement.this is the reason other countries prefer strong passwords not easy to copy or assumed. drop box cheques should be crossed,a/c no and name clearly written on back of cheque....where or whenever you give cheque to any write details on back e.g. connection no. for bills,premium,transfer,payments etc.....so it is necessary to cross, mention-details on back of cheque.precaution is the best measure to stop such .write amount in figure and words clearly i.if you do many transactions daily then you paste transparent tape on figure amount,and also a/c no of payee and his bank..cyber crime is threat to all of us and if we have less knowledge to operate it ,and have taken such cards in fashion and we can not keep our account. hikers and even your near and dear can take advantage. for e.g. father or mother get the operation done by his dear he will have card and password of his old parent and he can w/d. the amount without any succession.right and when others will check the account they will find nothing.so it will be good that only those citizens should use such facility who can operate themselves. rest in next blog ......najeeb khan agra 282005

to stop crime and corruption people will have to come forward . the main reason of not getting information is harassment of the helper .he is interrogated so much that he stops helping in future if u inform some clue you will be taken for suspicion giving the reason why u are taking interest i fail to understand why the police neglect the senior competent area people to detect criminals the locals will have to be taken in confidence &to b kept confidential strictly to encourage other people.

what i fear
Good day world a good start always end well and the genuine wins. God of everybody saves the
person the devils continue for destruction's through evil and antisocial elements to whom many know but not tell because they have some benefit or fear. The main anguish you see in my writings is due to reasons i faced to get my work done. I went through many hindrances and even having good approaches failed i had to spend money for it. Writings are reflections of what is in your mind. Pen is weapon which writes what goes on in the mind of writer. I regret that sometimes i write for the improvement of working class. This i do to give a message to the new generation not to indulge in such which harms the nation. My ideas only to bring in the mind of somebody to start good work if you can start at last many will be with you to finish crime corruption and other illegal activities from the countries we live and the world. Up till when for little personal benefits the mass will suffer. People to come forward as my ideas given on my websites to encourage people to do social service.
My topic of writing changed from technical, education, history to public related topics due to my experience of immuned network of departments for delaying works and sometimes the work is not done even for years. Sometimes the work is also not done intentionally due to pressure of some persons. Money has become very important these days for those who are indulge in the illegal business of duplicate products which are harming the country. Government should be strict to such antisocial element who are giving loss to many.

who is to see, and how can it be managed, now if you ever visit the residential colonies can see hospitals,coaching ,offices,shops,encroachments,no maintenance of public property,trees planted earlier not maintained,use of plastic-polythene,garbage,animals roaming,blockade of roads ,and many other things. though we have infrastructure for this, regulatory authorities to get the the rules followed. but why no action to prevent such are these problems not creating hygienic problems to citizens do the people does not have civic rights to live peacefully in areas. is not this is responsibility to transfer this to commercial buildings,do n.m.p. is charging commercial charges.local police station should also verify identity of such commercial places, whether the work declared is only going on and the person running business have proper identity.this is very necessary for new arrivals as tenants, and a system to inform before leaving to prevent forgery. so i request the civil administration to allow all activities if they are done by proper permission of the concerned department and are registered as per law and following required norms,rules and regulation to save the citizens from any harm. hope that other social workers will come up to stop too much of commercialization to reduce pollution,crowd, and other problems well known.........najeeb khan agra 282005....

can be careful
there is nobody in the world who can correctly translate the holy "Quran" in this world, there is nobody to born after the prophet Mohammad to do so. if it had been any possibility the prophet must have allowed to read the holy "Quran" in any language , Nobody can claim to translate the holy book in the original form.
So I want the so called religious leaders in India not to create controversies, There is nobody in world after prophet who can elaborate the Quran in own words, prophet is the only messenger of God who in his lifetime delivered the holy book.For knowing or elaborating other facts, rules of Islam. The holy supporting book"Hadis". the common man, religious leaders spiritual leader can understand the directions, given by the prophet. the holy book Quran was compiled in the lifetime of khalifas. Who accompanied the prophet through his whole life, and they only gave message through other books,compiled afterwords by many Imams called hadis . so in short I want to request themselves designated religious leaders in India to follow the instructions of prophet and study well before giving any Fatwa . Fatwa is an Arabic word.
Fatwa is an advise given to individual, and cannot be published by press for all because their are few exceptions for individuals. the law of Islam is an universal truth and no body in present world is so competent to elaborate it in a right way. the law of Islam can only be explain to understand and it gives an idea to follow it. it is already a complete religious constitution and this is an iman of a true Muslim. religious leaders, teachers, translators and others while defining the religion and during uttering their speeches should first deliver in Arabic from Quran then elaborate it in their own words, otherwise some new is added or deleted by mistake also during translation will make gunahgar in the eyes of god. hope that they will study and look on this matter particularly and should be very careful during giving any statement to press. it will be better to verify with other scholars before any statement to press. it is a very sensitive matter and nothing should be done without proper research and study of the holy book and other supporting literature. till date i have gone through the works of many big scholars who have clearly mentioned that they have done their level best to translate but true copy is not possible.

summary of my few comments on news& columns
The comment I gave to a newspaper not brought for view, due to reason unknown though I am registered with many newspapers. main part is as follows for my records and review.
On woman bill
I appreciated women bill and requested those who were against it to let the bill passed by both houses, after wards the amendments can be done by consent of majority.regarding favour for minorities, I agree that something should be done for them. but the fact is that what will be the use of reservation if the majority minority is not up to the level of competition and eligibility for the job they can get. Minorities are having the capacity to come up to the level only when their living standard, education and health is up to the mark. so first instead of asking the share and to deprive the majority of the benefit it will better to pass the bill by all, and do in favour of all citizen of India, reservation to any body bring down the competition level. general candidates of good academic career of any religion, caste or community show better results, so instead of making the underprivileged upgrade it will be beneficial to take special care for education, health, so that mass may clear the high school and come forward for higher education. so i request all representative of people to support bill, that constitutionally they can be given benefit, what's use of wasting time, and the judiciary will not accept it, if they will find against constitution.

good day visitors. after gap a new fact in my view. what is the cause of increase in sex abuses in comparison of 2 decades back. in short the reason is too much exposure in films adds. serials maxines journals and books available easily to teen folk. too much of close friendship is other advantage. their is use of liberty beyond the limitations, taking of such food and drinks outside house is giving extra energy which give unrequired sensation and strength, this also divert mind towards wrong. parents are less caring of late roaming of their children which give a chance to anti social elements who are waiting for chances to avail anywhere. much can b prevented by awareness and carefulness. najeeb khan agra on 4-02-2010

historical fact
In my view Mughal rulers made many mistakes which are to be reviewed by old history/ other literature available. Though they were good administrator and fighters and came with new arms and ammunition they ruled such a long period. The main reason due to which they invaded India was due to that time lack of unity among the rulers. If they must have been united the Indian history must have been different. Babar wrote or got written in Babar nama that he never came to rule India but when he saw the wealth, green land, co operation of local rulers who were divided in different groups, available rebels, informers and the support by few of them stopped him to stay in India. That also not developed love for the country he was ruling as a ruler he wished to be buried to his mother place. So his remains were taken from Aram Bagh( Agra) now known as ram Bagh for cremation. Babar area of rule was very limited and he never crossed river Ganga of Kanpur as mentioned in other literature available any how Humayu could not settle but Akbar with the help of learned Bairam khan settled well and he taught him to administrate well. Due to good companions love developed for Hindustan to Akbar and following the systems of Shershah Suri a good reformer and ruler for five years. Akbar ruled well and developed country. Jahagir and Shahjaha were hopeless enjoyed the dynasty of left by Akbar they wasted money in demolition and re constructions, making tombs but they were less for the common people. It was not necessary for making such costly buildings and tombs. This money must have been utilized in making hospitals, school, widow houses children homes in the same architecture if they had love for it, such buildings are of no use. Aurangzeb so called communal on which I m studying was right in many in my personal views. To detain Shahjahan was his right decision, he was always against corruption. Detention of Shahjaha was necessary because he lost senses after the death of hi beloved Mumtaz Mahal up to the extent of madness (this fact available in old books) he was not mentally fit to rule the country.. Facts can be reviewed only by comparative study of books from the archives. This I suggest to the students of history to study related books other than course to clear their doubts.

Babar area of rule was very limited and he never crossed river Ganga of Kanpur as mentioned in other literature available any how Humayu could not settle but Akbar with the help of learned Bairam khan settled well and he taught him to administrate well. Due to good companions love developed for Hindustan to Akbar and following the systems of Shershah Suri a good reformer and ruler for five years. Akbar ruled well and developed country. Jahagir and Shahjaha were hopeless enjoyed the dynasty of left by Akbar they wasted money in demolition and re constructions, making tombs but they were less for the common people. It was not necessary for making such costly buildings and tombs. This money must have been utilized in making hospitals, school, widow houses children homes in the same architecture if they had love for it, such buildings are of no use. Aurangzeb so called communal on which I m studying was right in many in my personal views. To detain Shahjahan was his right decision, he was always against corruption. Detention of Shahjaha was necessary because he lost senses after the death of hi beloved Mumtaz Mahal up to the extent of madness (this fact available in old books) he was not mentally fit to rule the country.. Facts can be reviewed only by comparative study of books from the archives. This I suggest to the students of history to study related books other than course to clear their doubts.
