in my previous blog i gave my views on promotion of tourism ,development, and conservation of monuments and other historical sites ...
now we have an opportunity in the period of c.w.g., when lacks of people will visit India. we also expect lacks to visit Agra . the preparations done in the city of taj is not up to the mark.
India is famous for its monuments,gardens,buildings,temples,mosques,churches,,mousallems,ghats,and other religious sites. ,and many other biting places. tourism is the industry which have lot of scope. attention towards this industry can be very fruitful,and much revenue can be earned.. Agra had been not prepared as expected, the jams,haphazard parking,over loaded vehicles, over loaded public transport,is risky,and needs special attention .unnecessary crowd,rush to be prevented. it gives a space and room for antisocial elements. permanent removal of illegal encroachment,road sides sellers not at right place. is very necessary. u.ps.r.t.c., buses are to be run on scheduled time is needed, the schedule should start at 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., with a interval so that buses are available all around the time. long gaps will not solve the purpose, and people will depend on public transport to save time. so attention is necessary ...... najeeb khan Agra .282005000

our country attracts lakhs of tourists to historical,religious,and for tretment,studies,research etc. we get good foreign exchange. but due no proper use of the income the development and conservation is very slow. the archeoligical deptt.in comparison to others is getting less funds. due to more rush the historical building need l special care and attention. we are spending more on security then conservation. do these monuments not need special attention. if the engineers feel that the part of building is dangerous they demolish for safety but the rennovation work is pending in files for years and people forget that their was any more structure here . their was good fountains,jalis on sides of corridors,pathways,decorative work on top, chatri type minars in akbars tomb sikandra agra. some of the part was destroyed in the attacks during the last moghul rule still lies still lies in ruins (khandhar).good development and renovation of old historical buildings can attract more local and foreign turists. people will stay more to visit old forts ,temples, mousllems,ghats,old historical sites. if good arrangement is done to travel these old sites like mandu in m.p.,forts in maharastra gujrat south it can attaraCT MORE TOURISTS. TOURISM INDUSTRY TO MAKE PUBLICITY OF SUCH PLACES ON WEBSITES,AND ON OTHER S,BY PUBLISHING BOOKS,IN MAZANINES NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL. ALSO BY MANY OTHER SOURCES. INDIA IS CHEAP IN COMPARISON TO OTHER COUNTRIES AND IF THE TOURISTS GET GOOD REST HOUSES SMALL GOVT CONTROLLED HOTELS NEAR THE SITES TO VISIT WITH GOOD FACILITIES. DEFINITELY MANY WILL BE ATTRACTED. law should be amended to develop forts etc for such activitises like shooting for films. we can decorate the varous big forts and monument in same style as it was in the time of rulers of that time. the help of that time paintings can be taken. this way the monuments will create funds of their own for consevation. and a.s.i., can charge seperate ticket to view decorated mahals,forts. this will bring life in sones,and also attraction and revenue. . many of the gardens and hill stations sanctuary nearby can be developed for stay and enjoyment in a planned or proffessinal way. their is acres of land nearby of tajmahal which is lying unuse like former taj tannery campus, and neaby area of dargah ahmad bukhari which can be developed for underground hotels,resorts,and aerial veiew above of gardens, which will also not spoil background of taj or other buildings. . meena bazar of moghul times can be brought back to glory without allowing any constuction. the same system can be followed as it was in thetimes of moghuls. fatehpur sikri have a vast fort city with a good aeril view from buland darwaza. when their is city nearby then why not a good resort may be devoloped in walled city far from existing monuments. joint venture with private sector can be fruitful. govt can allot sites amicably agreed by all depatments. a god source of revenue can be developed by a planned projects in this industry. this can be done near all historical and famous other site i have mentioned above.

sensitive issues to be censored

wehave the right of information, but not at the cost of national security,harmony,and peace. this is very truth that all living in the part of asia which was once part of asia,were either hindus or persians .the region of china and japan,indosia,ceylon,burma,malasia,taiwan,korea etc were followers of buddism. after the origin of islam few invaders came to india in search of wealth,greenland. the indian soil was fertile and everybody looked towards it . mahmud ghaznavi invaded india many times but only in search of wealth not to rule. on the way of india he use to employ proffessinal fighters which was a trend those days. afghanistan was nursery of proffessional fighters they use to fight on contract and share basis. there tribal groups still adopt the same proffession,and the terrosist groups are still utilising them. the talibans emerged against the king of afghanistan and russia with the help of america. they became problem for america itself when they joined the terrorists group .
generally when i write i give old references of historical mistakes. pakistan and other splitted countries of ussr. faced ditto problems. so we the asians are very sesitive on religion of which many take advantage. we join the leader withot knowing the fact. so many political parties ,leaders,and other organisations have cashed this weakness of indians also.
i will not go in old historical mistakes done earlier on the name of religion,and the britishers also took a big advantage of it .
the same should not be repeated again. day before yesterday i was reading in a news paper that the govt of u.p.,is worried about law and order after court decision on ayodhya matter . firstly how meetings on such come out to media, is it necessary to bring every thing before media. i am also anyway related to media but i do not agree that such matters to be disclosed. this gives more attintion to public what is going to happen unnecessary havoc as it is done every year in patliament and outside by many parties. this is only to crate favour and vote bank .. when the leaders of india sop use of religion for their benifit. boldly i can say that all have used the ayodhya issue which was only in the knowledge of local people but the shilanayas by then mr. late rajiv gandhi made it a national news, then advani ji yatra gave a big vote bank of b.j.p., and then mulayam singh ji became a muslim supporte and due to all this various parties emerged on state level .we could not get a strong government in our country. and no doubt this has effected the development of our country. besides my vision problem i could not keep me away on writing on this matter will be edited and corrected for mistakes. so what i request all party leaders, govts, central govt to be very particular in giving any statement or view to media ......

results are seen

since many years there was shortage of judges,due to which many casaes were pending since years. those who were having benifit in delay got undue advantage. but this year inspite of shortage of judges the higher authorities of judiciary tok inititive and more courts were started. now the results are coming many old cases got fast hearig and judgement. this is the result of necessary action taken by concerned,and distribution of work has given good results,the middle and lower grade staff who was not having load due to courts vacant are also satisfied who use to feel bored due to less work. i wuld like to appreciate the district judiciary authority and others who were making sincere efforts to overcome the delay due to shortage of judges. now the conflict due to which the appointments of new judges are not in very good progress must be resolved in interest of state citizens. the demand of high court benches in various other places will reduce over work on existing courts. the other measure is that working days should be increased by reducing many holidays and vacations which the other proffessionals do not enjoy. the govtt. can compensate this loss by giving some other allowances or facility to staff and judges . so now the concerned have to give attention towards more workig days and a time limit to be given to applicant and defendant to submit all like ws, evidence, affidaits,etc. then a good time can be fixed for others with approval and willingnes of both parties. advocates will have to cooperate to judiciary in this matter .then only final hearings can be done early the judges will have to keep an eye on next date allotment so that the benificient may not take advantage by some unfair means. we hope that the senior authorities will keep an eye and to find out measures to check corruption ,and also to take initiative in activating the staff,counsel,others concerned to cooperate for fast decisions. hoping for more good and attentions towards more working courts ........

raksha bandhan

the name itself tell the importance of the festival. this historical festival is celebrated n Asia since thousand of years. mogul babur was sent rakhi by a rajput queen.the mogul babur kept the words,and protected her. so raksha and bandhan are very important pledge. though now every brother pledge to save her sisters to save from all problems through out his life,and committed to it.
so the festival is of great importance and all enjoy it.sisters go to their brother houses ,take sweets with them and tie rakhi in their hands, .brothers after tika give gifts and money to their sisters. .all enjoy good food and the festival goes on for many days as many have to go outstation also.

how to believe

yesterday one of my student purchased a calculator,just for rs. 65.00 it was of a duplicate of a reputed company of japan,previosly illegal smuggled goods use to come now fake products also. what will happen to indian industry.such people by cooperating to sell such products are also responsible of illegal business. what a fun the shopkeeper will tell you very proudly, toys of china,stationary,furniture,shoe material,even rakhi,diwali candles,and many many oyher things.
this all materil is filtreed to india through borders,if illegal material can enter then why not illegal migrants. india will have to make same policy for all borders fiend country or foe .. what i had been writing to govt about stopping illegal business,and also many measures,but no concrete step was taken yet. due to outside prducts we lost home industry of lether,footwear,toys,stationary,decorative articles,cosmetics,electronics,etc.
though by going down of domestic industry.big enterprenurs are gettig raw on low rates,and the final product of leather is going to developed countries. these synthetic products our country mass is using thinking as leather product. those big companies which export and have monopoly on business ,are capable of importing raw material. like polythene synthetic materil is hazardous.it creates depression,hypertetio,skin diseases, and can even cause skin cancer. do to no awareness and no proper information by seller,and no proper law all is floating in market.
it is also a indirect war if you effect the economy of the counry. i cannot understand why the governmebts are not strict on this issue. the opposition should demand to stop all imports if allowed and to take necessary measures to stop illegal products to india to save the indian industry.
only giving datas announcement of various project or schemes will not solve the problem. all to see that what is the exact position,and needtoverified the feedback whether it is correct or not .illegal business is also like disease or virus i know many who close down their business and gave thir establishment on rent, this caused a great loss to workers ,others,.many risen to better position by illegal meaNS IN A VERY SHORT SPAN,NOT ACTUALLY POSSIBLE ION THIS COMPETETIVE PERIOD SINCE LAST 15 YEARS IN LEATHER,CHEMICALS,OTHERS MENTIONED ABOVE CCREATE SUSPICAN. WHEN I WAS AT KANPUR BEFORE 2002. importance of ramzan

this holy month is very important for muslims. though people use to fast before origin of islam but it was made more important by adding one more namaz, that was to hear the whole Quran sharif between isha namaz. so this was addition to farz namaz offered by muslims daily. it is must to attend these prayers,when the recitation and hearing of Holy Quran sharif is over than sunnat tarabi are necessary. short hearing of the book is only applicable to those who have to go for business purpose outside of their city.
when the month of ramzan completes, on the visibility of moon eid is celebrated,the namaz of idd is wajib for all muslims. a;; celebrate after namaz with happiness and gay, all friends come to each other hose to greet. eid is the day mulims forget the past conficts and start a new life. islam is the religion based on unity,equality,and love.
if all the muslims exactly follow the directions,then there be no crime,poverty,and hatred. islam has given vert much attention to help the needy and poor,zakat is only fixed so that every body may enjoy the festival,and may go to offer namaz in new clothes,andno discrimination may be observed in the crowd.it is our duty to see that who needs help in our locality. we can also help our nears,on priority.not declaring that we offering zakat money, may be they refuse or get hurt.niyat is the most impotant part in islam. do it and help. Inshallah God will help you and keep you away from problems.

how to trace terrorists

yesterday i was hearing news ,the most was of Pakistan. i cannot understand why the real followers of Islam,are not helping in tracing these so called tali bans,or terrorists.....
have their roots are so much in pak. that people are afraid of them. i have always written that such who kill innocents of any caste or creed are doing anti Islamic deed ,and those who fear from them or hide them cannot claim to be true followers of Islam.
i request the Muslim world to come forward to detect them,to remove the suspicion of other communities that Muslims are such. i guarantee to the non followers of Islam,that they are not supporters of Muslims otherwise they must not have killed those social people who had come to help Muslim community. this is a questions why these terrorists want to isolate the Muslim world from other developed nations.why their target is only those where Muslim children were getting job or higher education.have anybody thought if they were true followers of Islam they must have killed the Muslims or the helpers of Muslim world. why they want to stop development of Muslims by doing such. is this not a group of illiterates,or drug addicts,who only for their benefit to to sell their illegal arms are doing such activities.may be they are supporter of devil, (shaitan) having changed his reality and working to demolish Islam though it is impossible because rehmans still exist in this world. may be their head is imagi9nary who is simply directing them to do the evil yet to find out. and this is only possible that the true Muslims may announce a jihad to clear them from the world who are defaming Muslims and Islam....inshallah Allah will support the Muslim world to get rid of this problem....

due to some antisocial elements,the fake products in market are flowing. few who want to earn more money by unfair means are involved. they are saving the govt. revenue besides making the nation weak .they are real anti nationalists who manufacture duplicate daily need material,milk.ghee.duplicate proprietary products,imitations of famous brands.
if properly monitored and helped by true citizens they can be easily detected. those involved in such activities are well known to friends,neighbors,and some concerned deptt. who are responsible to check it .
we can understand that few years back this Mr. x was a common person how he became rich so early. no true business can make you a millionere in few years, until and unless you have not done something wrong,leaving exceptions,who can be known by their accounts and turnover.
i had been associated with many big companies it is not very easy to get profits......
these sort of people are taking advantage of illiteracy,no awareness,and people not having habit of taking bills or cash memos,and no doubt allowances due to bribery, known in our country as suvidha.people do not understand that in total tax +suvidha, they pay the complete tax amount,but they should know that this loss they have given to country and the amount has gone to wrong pocket. this system the British officials use to adopt because they use u mostly came from poor family of Europe and they came to India to earn some money. lower grade officers were not competent and faithful enough to then government, but now it is our own govt. why we are supporting such.
why we hide such anti socials and to save some burden we are cooperating to such anti socials,and making those rich who do not deserve for.
if we keep proper accounts and do maximum transactions through bank,we will have less risk of carrying,if proper accounting is done in guidance of c. a. ,or other competent person and proper document that in you will have less tension and in fact you will pay that much of tax you are actually spending . so by your little efforts the revenue will go to govt. and in future govt will plan accordingly,and may think even to give other benefits. our is such a big country that only right way to pay taxes can improve the economy of the country and soon we will be a developed nation..

our country is full of festivals. here all religions enjoy more festivals in comparison to other countries. people coming from abroad do not know that they will have to delay their travel due to such. our govt.,s provide to much of holidays. the working days in govt deptt.,schools,banks,have gone less though the private sector is working in average more than govt, officials,courts,others.
there are many reviews to be done now

govt have to review the holidays list in public interest because if this way the holidays increased working hours will go less day by day. so much of anniversaries holidays we will find only in India. the holidays need to be revised, and the states to choose only two local holidays.
now seeing so big list of leaders holidays only for national leader,like other countries.
if we really love our leaders who have left us we should work two hours more to pay homage to them instead to enjoy holiday on the cost of govt. this will show a great respect to the leader,who sacrificed for the nation in his life,who had a vision for a developed India. i think that any leader must have thought to give a holiday for his anniversary.i have read biography,autobiography of many they have always looked forward for developed India. hope that the law makers will look to it .and will discard those who want to gain sympathy of mass by awarding such holidays.and a consolation to that part of machinery which do not want to work. Britishers enjoyed long vacations because the were exhausted more due to hot climate,and they were here only to rule .they were less concerned with the economy of the country.
i wold also like to give some measures to prevent jams,etc.
as it is a matter of faith,and peoples belief.some measures can be taken by local administration.
all govt deptts. can be closed and work can be taken on near off day
sufficient force in uniform and non uniform to keep an eye on anti-socials.
to allow only light vehicles for those who have to report for essential duties,to hospitals,to stations,aerodrome etc.

how to learn and speak english

this is not necessary that your English will be good if you study in convent. language can be learn t only by practice and proper guidance. my father was fond of English,so for preparation to get admission a private tutor taught me primary English,i do not remember what i learnt at St.Francis but i remember that my father got me from somewhere 5th. standard English book i use to read it ,may be i did not knew the meaning. i went for admission in 1 st. in st. peters. then principal father Lawrence asked for book in my hand and opened random page and asked me to read ,i read fluently, and after test i was admitted. only due to English reading. so to learn any language after learning alphabets,words,short sentences,reading is very important to improve it .still i find few words which i have forgotten due to their no use,and they come rarely. reading loud improves pronunciation and spellings. in my early school days i remember that if the spelling was wrong the pen use to stop.may be due vision problems and awaiting cataract surgery.i must have made typing mistakes which i will correct after o/p..

so to improve English some tips i applied on many and their English improved.
practice all the alphabets again proper wring is very important,sometimes marks deducted due to bad writing.
wring practice book can be used to write in beginning.
students should know complete grammar by class 70th.

grammar should be learnt by a tutor in school,and improving English then take help of some good books,now Hindi grammar guides also available.
read newspaper every day and write one paragraph on note book and select hard English words and see the meaning from dictionary and write with meaning.
this you have to do for minimum 120 days.
so much of thorough reading of news paper and writing one paragraph wit knowing English and Hindi meaning will improve a lot .

now you can start speaking English with your friends or family members who can correct you and not make fun,
in three or four months you will find yourself the improvement. take help of dictionary for spelling pronunciation, and meaning.
reading loudly is the best method to improve,daily seeing the new words meaning improves your vocabulary,and then by trying to speak will improve your language....

true friend

it is not easy to find out a true friend. since my childhood i had many friends, but very few proved to be true . when i use to study at peters i had friends,sunil parasher,amrish patel,kalra. j.p.singh s p bhagia,these friends i use to also meet at home. we use to play games,and my younger brother use to accompany me .my house was in gali and less room to play so we use to gather at those house which had a big lawn. our friendship contd. up to 1970. then at high school or inter level and degree ,tech course new friends developed/but what i want to mention we never had any difference,nobody use to think who is spending.i use to get less pocket money but never any even in higher classes harish chopra, or others never said you bring less comparatively. parents when we use to go to each other homes use to talk to us and also offered snacks etc. this attitude is vanishing today and the friendship is only for borrowing homework copies etc. most are selfish. and these days friends are not reliable. i had many friends during my service up to January 2001 ...but all had two faces, later on i knew that they harmed me a lot. so it is better to be without friend but like such.... is he your friend who calculates,even tea,he offered to you,try to equalize his expenses spent with you. i had many so called friends who use to come to my hose not to meet but to get meals. and use to say at home that saved hotel bill for today. innocent children disclosed their tales at home....so what i say is make friends only who deserve,watch them for about one year then only belief...otherwise prevent such friendship not lasts if one is selfish.....khan najeeb 1956

keep fit

when i was in my teens ,there was nobody to guide to keep fit, i use to sleep till late hours and the routine was not regular. i was thin and weak. later on when i joined service i could not give attention due to shifts. i was fond of sleeping,and rich diet made me fatty, then i realized the importance of fitness. though i could control a little but not satisfactory.those days their was also not so much publicity of yoga etc. now i will tell you the tips how i managed some .
get up early in morning,say 5.00 a.m.
move in your home,by arranging your house items.
paste and have tea, water what you like,not very cold.
go for natural requirements.
go out for a walk.
return and wait for sometime have bath, and go or do prayer
by this time all must have got up, now you are free to take break.
now you are free for your routine for livelihood.
take balanced lunch between 1.00 to 2.00 p. m.
evening light snacks,fruits,or drink of your liking.
dinner between 9.00 to 10.00 p. m.
view t. v. or on computer up to eleven.

up till when the citizens of India will suffer due to no control and lack of administration,corruption and political interference in little matters due to personal interest or to get cheap publicity.
so up till when people will face problem and will get justice due to immune d corrupt machinery,will the new generation change the picture for nice future.if the corruption and mentality to not work is deleted then the reform will come.

when will the Que of all counters will be fast.
will all pay equal taxes.
why discrimination with person having no jack.
why theft of electric,others phone lines,.
why we throw garbage outside our hoses or nearby
can we not discard corrupt people,candidates for different houses.
can we not calculate till yesterday this person was penniless now millionaire how.
why to support corrupt and wrong person.
why not to inform about new arrivals in your locality for verification to police deptt.....
why to save some tax by the owner he hides information about tenant and giving shelter to un verified person
why you not ask for cash memo, though you pay tax on goods purchased. you are supporting other to not sent the revenue to govtt.
why you not inform about those using electric by unfair means and the burden coming on right. if you support wrong activities,or hide them to not get involved,you are harming nation.
just drop a genuine complaint on post card and send to concerned deptt..
don't do anything in jealousy or hatred .
so be fair and help the nation to fulfill the vision of our great leaders. who had a vision of golden India again.and also of those who thought of world like we read about paradise.......

if you are onroad in rainy season, be careful many rahiszadas,sanskari sons and even girls will splash road side water filled and enjoy seeing in car mirror. they will give emergency brake and when the old or children will turn laugh and think that god has given this privilege to tease others .the ambulance or v. i. p. horn on busy road bring attention to others that they are something special. readers what all i right i observe,this all on way . advantage taken of no strict commpliance of law...... the sanskars come in those family children only who have a rich heritage, and their parents and predecessors have not earned money by unfair means. no doubt these day thieves sons also have cars mobiles,motorcycles,etc. having all these does not mean that you are rich. rich means in all aspects and identified easily by genious people,officials.they can only pose before lower class. big thieves network is taking advantage of advanced technology.i read in a news paper that antsocial elements were running a office with security staff,and the office staff was not knowing what their boss business is .some caught had a side business of call centre,cyber,parlour,p.c.o. etc. so if nearby you see such activities inform higher adminstration,and help the world to control on such. new occupants can only be checked by neighbours.now published will be edit later on due to mine vision problem......
