a good start never ends.but in our India many new projects,controls become inactive due to attention towards one point and the main are left.the anti socials take advantage of it.in our Agra city many campaigns of vehicles checking were started,but they become ineffective due to political interference or due to some other interest.i will highlight many i observe.polybags still in use due to so much of punishment.the users due to their convenience are still using it and many customers are asking for it.the checks were limited to bazars but they are in use in shops of colonies,slums,and nearby outer skirts.opposition by many political figures the users thought of support by such.such people should think of city,country and world not of their nears,dears or their political supporters.the administration should not fear of such because majority of citizens are with them.no allowances for anybody.
the drawback is that the service class is influenced by political class in whom many even not know the causes of global warming,pollution,and side effects but they have entered in politics for their personal interest.this is our system.a competent is directed by incompetent.if any appose then he gets transfer etc.due to personal interest only many nigams were made though it was possible to get work done by existing previous govt.agencies.the transfers should be in the hand of non political control agencies and such to be constituted of many members to prevent any favour or grudge.political intervention is good upto the instructions for good governance and the heads of departs or districts to do it with their way,seeing the situation.

generally people say that why you not support the events of political people my reply is,agitations,bandhs,rallies,now much in practice railway service blocks,burn the state transport buses etc. are they act of a wise man or leader.the political people never think that by such protests they may get media coverage but how much it harms to country and common citizen.many are affected by such hindrances and delays occurred due to such.such were not so common even in independence movements.this was limited to grounds or headquarters,but all peacefully.if our pre independance leaders have taken advantage of it leaving exceptions then their must have been only abandoned establishments.states and central govts.incur crores of rupees losses due to such agitations all over India.we should save the country property.in the end public bear in the form of fare hike or taxes.
so coming back on local problems the r.t.o., check is still limited on public conveyance.no fines for overloading,the authorities at crossings and stands overlook them.the other connecting roads to main rods are fearless due to checking not movable one to another.the three wheelers from bhagwan without any hesitation say that nobody can come to check us these routes are sold.if not believe then travel from bhagwan to balkeswar or rambagh and see for yourself for their praising comments for the concerned.

if the people are not fearful for rules and regulation then they are not good signs for administration.due to few people the whole community of government employees are blamed and defamed.my wife is also govt. servant and when such say sarkari log kutte hote hai roti dal dow, she feel humiliated because she travel by public transport to her working place and many other employees accompany her she tells me it is a daily story.concerned should see for the prestige and to be fair in their duties and responsibilities.coming generation will not like govt services.it is observed now that the new comers are interested in other professions,and the administration will not get good stuff in future.all will have to be strict and not to divert from the main check points.helmet wearer does not mean not to check for other,screening can bring results,checks are also for some other reasons the authorities know well.

latest by chief election commissioners the candidates against those cases in judiciary are pending should not be allowed to go for elections is very right. because if any comes in power the enquiry is definitely effected and the culprit take advantage of it. many anti socials always keep themselves associated with any party to get support.the reason behind it only to get shelter of politics.many candidates even get elected staying in jail by their terror.this is the duty of political parties to screen such before giving ticket.because such opportunists with help of money earned by unfair means spend in getting portfolios or ticket.due to long judicial process they even complete their tenure and take undue advantage from administration and public.administration is also helpless due to their political presence or power.definitely such get advantage by entering in politics and they should be banned till the verdict of court comes.all political parties should support such for good politics and deserving candidature.

why so i write on

generally my readers ask me that why you write against overloading,encroachment,routine checks,etc. the reason behind it that i go by public conveyance and see the problems of many and even sometimes i face .yesterday i was going to rajakimandi from kamla nagar,first i saw that the city buses have no time schedule three buses at a time was on route ,so fast in k.n.a. that they were not picking passengers,on stop.fourth bus came i got into it with my wife. only few passengers were there mostly of m.s.t.,somebody picked mobile of my wife from her purse outer pocket, near st.johns choraha(crossing).i went back to hariprwat police station but could register only information of lost.helpless i needed it to stop the services. the service of air tel of customer care took almost two hours to deactivate.it is not easy to contact customer care though now paid.anyhow my daughter got it deactivated from kamla nagar airtel office or franchisee.due to these antisocials unnecessary problems.then i could not get bus from hariparwat so i went by rickshaw.no space for buses to stop due to parking of vehicles on road who to bother.
so due to no time schedule bus go empty or with less passengers and three wheelers overloaded,no checks ,though they cross many crossings and police booths.r.t.o.,check occasionally but that time all regularized due to good information from somewhere and misuse of mobile.one or two as checked all get missed calls to regularize. the position of overloading is all over Agra ,mostly on kamla nagar to bhagwan and on m.g.road the reason they tell that they pay more suvidha to police and r.t.o. dept.it is impossible to carry 8 passengers,one in the lap of other and reason of pickpocketing,robbery etc. thousands of incidences are not reported due to hardships in making complaints on police stations.nobody want to show increase in graph.i wrote that this should not be the parameter of performance.security of every individual is impossible but such can be identified.the supporters of such are foot path dwellers,pan shops,stands where they accumulate for their shikar.they take advantage of rush generally artificially created.maximum problem is in raja ki mandi bazar where generally they even open the purse zip and their companions block the way to shops standing on shops as customers but they not are.every day incidences occur as told by shopkeepers of market when yesterday i was discussing about my mobile theft.
so this is the reason that i always write that if all follow rules and regulation,wrong parking of scooters etc.prevented and encroachment removed and routine check of public transport like three wheelers,and tracing of antisocials in rush markets and stands etc.the such can be caught.
