to much my readers have understood that their are many reasons behind conflicts,and many do not want amicable solutions to sole issues,like of babri masjid and rammandir temple. i have written many reasons behind the day, and it remained pending, for years after independence. definitely what all happened till the demolition of site is under suspicious. it is yet not proved who is behind the publicity. after decades people knew that some conflict is in ayodhya regarding the structure. except the local or faizabad. the issue became famous after shilanayas and rath yatra. the media also got a news to increase t.r.p., the mass showed it concern and the emotions of people were ,created by wise helped a lot . people in religious vain got exited, and the advantage came to those who do not want peace and harmony. though many leaders were present of one party but they exactly had never thought that this extreme position will come. for a review see the films of different channels,you can yourself see the expression of many known leaders on that day. . i had written earlier also that it was totally failure of local administration,state govt and equally then central government. i admire and agree with the speech of then party president and former prime minister that day after this occurred. .......if the court has decided this matter earlier and not been pending for decades, the situation must not have raised. till when the opportunists will play with the emotions of common mass.
as earlier also i suggested that the remedy is that parliament may sit immediately and make a law that such disputes which can cause law and order problem and can be a hindrance to the growth of country the govt with support of all political national parties will ban the publication of such decisions till all agree to a amicable solution. if not agreed then the government with the approval of majority above about 80 %acquire such places. and erect a place in the memory of martyrs who sacrificed themselves for the nation . even the names of known and unknown names of those may be also mentioned who sacrificed themselves for saving the religion. the right should always be remembered, no true nationalist can object at the name of nation. .
IN MY OPINION ON SUCH ISSUES AND SITES WHICH CREATE LAW AND ORDER PROBLEM AND LOOSING HARMONY AMONG PEOPLE ERECT A MEMORIAL WITH INSCRIPTION ON IT IN THE MEMORY OF THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR RELIGION. COUNTRY AND TO SAVE THE NATION ON BORDERS AND INSIDE COUNTRY FOR GOOD CAUSES. hope the spiritual leaders,politicians,ans social activists will look on this matter and come forward in such situations when their help is needed. the reply to opportunists can be only given by such people

early solution to resolve the conflict
with reference to my previous blogs on opportunism,historical mistakes and due to problems in our country doe to no awareness,high rate of illiteracy. the problem of corruption and personal interests which i always highlight are one the reason the common suffers. generally my readers say that in every blog you go out of topic and some part on corruption comes in it. the reason is that i have observed very minutely these things during my professional career up to 2001. then i got an opportunity to work for others,to keep myself busy, i stated as a free lancer in many fields,besides technology. when i worked for others i felt many constraints due to no tendency to work and corruption. sometimes i saw there was a vast difference in same field. some were paying less taxes on the same valuation and others by the help of corruption were getting work done. some get work done by jack. the officers are also not supporting ,they again pass on to juniors. no action on even recorded complaints. for little work i had to write to concerned ministers. i even got the problems highlighted through media. i had enough time but due to tendency of not to work and corruption people have to run to the concerned dept. still in many dept.you will have to search a person for hours to receive a complaint. after getting so high salaries why no action and work. even for getting a drain cleaned you will have to write to high authorities. the result you get once and the concerned then keep a grudge that this person complained now put him in some other trouble. the delays in all sectors give a chance to anti socials to play. a point during elections, and even to create disturbance,people get chance to retaliate and they unite in the form of jams,dharnas etc a common easy thing in India. nobody either petty self designated leaders advise them to go to solve by law. if they are very particular to help they can go to get solved by concerned dept. or help by court if a they are social activists they can pay the expenditures of court. which at last only to decide the claim. generally people are effected by their own faults and by the support of idles found every where bring those in problem who not have concern in any way. such jams cause delays in treatment of ill coming from distant places even do not know other roads to reach their destination.
we the people are giving the giving the opportunity to antisocial elements to survive. if we do not support such they will be neutralized. support law, right,needy,and the just. itself the wrong will be eliminated. use the power of voting the right constitution had given to use. the constitution must not ever thought that people after so many years will not be able to decide on their own. the reservation policy was only to upgrade and improve the living of downtrodden but due to no proper implementable of the schemes, and not reaching to the needy the improvement is not up to the requirement. he mass is still living in adverse conditions.the help do not reach to the person who deserves for help. all as read in newspapers is impartial,base on priorities,limited to the jurisdiction of personal interests. no equal distribution of funds, some areas still not have sewage lines after so many years or were shortly developed. drainage problem could not be solved after years,still we are only dependent on all infrastructure though heavy load was added to them after construction of new colonies and vast increase in population. Arabs of rupees spent since independence even then the rods are not as per master plan. crores are spent every year but same position after few months, Agra looks as it was earlier with very less alteration. many suggestions came for road above m.g. road to solve the rush due to many crossings a only link road of Agra city, and the other yamuna kinara road which have land for alternative road,land on yamuna bank from Agra fort to bakeshwar with no hindrances, and new ghats can also be constructed,but nobody took efforts except sany gandhi ji in or near emergency. .due to personal interests of few and unnecessary interference through court the progress of Agra always suffered. none took yet initiative to clean yamuna and proper disposal of sewage for irrigation. though there are many who shout on religious matters how many have come forward to clean and purify river yamuna.
the issues are always politically motivated, not for serving people,common,human or humanity, but in personal or political interest when people will understand to these who are all friends in all governments and their work are done in all party government .the sufferers are only the society in mass,of all caste creed or religion. why there were no efforts to solve the babri masjid conflict pending in court since before Independence. this was only pending because always the emotions have been cashed by keeping the issue pending. no body knew in common about the structure like thousands in India without any care, thousands in the villages of Punjab and haryana from which property the wakf of state get lakh of rupees. first we abandon such places for which Muslims are also responsible, even now you can find masjid in bagh farzana, occupied by illegals ,wakf bord officials not care ,mutawallis never go there because their is no source of income,many in karbala graveyard occupied by Muslim families and the muttawalis and wakf board of whose commitee is under district magistrate of city as it was framed during the formation of wakf board give any attention to maintain them. the Agra wakf properties have a large income through shops, houses land etc, and can get sufficient funds if properly managed. but to look for that, if any incidence occur in such places see how many will gather to shout slogans and no constructive efforts to save such and again in the hands not competent enough to control the public property.
in the end i would like to say that their is solution of every problem if people understand emotions of each other equally without any prejudice or pressure, if such had been done before independence and all must have supported the national leaders who were above religion matters,true nationalists the opportunist must not have been able to divide Indian subcontinent and had been the biggest powerful nation of world. hope that God will give power to all of us to take out from controversies and all national parties of India will come together to resolve all such conflicts by making a law ,. a law can be easily passed to develop the country and to help the common who is already in problem due to high prices,flood,calamities,fake medicines,adulteration and many other problems which involved in such do not want give time to the governments ,and want to indulge the administration in such matters only and their earnings may carry on easily and without hindrances. don't support such anti socials who have always harmed our beautiful country since decades for their personal benefits.......

how to educate fo right thinkings
since my school days i observed that those who came from educated and good families sure to respect the emotions and feeling of others. bot few who had poor society and came from such families were never giving respect to their elders,teachers,and fellow seniors. their attitude itself told where they they come from and it showed how and which society and atmosphere they have grown up. the parents play a important role in development of chill thinking. what all child speaks in what atmosphere he is developing. the primary teachers play a very important role. they develop next generation.it is their responsibility to finish the hate they develop for others. they are innocent enough and tell the facts to outside society. this definitely tells the standard of moral education they are giving to the young. very few go for higher education to make the concepts clear. but some teachers motivated by some political parties and organizations tech the wrong ideology.a child who have to do nothing with politics should not be filled of incorrect feelings. this i hear from students going or coming back from school on such matters which are not at all concerned to their subject,general knowledge,or moral education. religious education is not a problem it can be given,but not hate ,abusing language to be uttered before young folk. this sort of abusing comments,language the child is learning either from home or school,. source whatever may be. by this we will never get a genius society but only a mass with no values. the society is responsible for it because such allowances as usual finally effects the child and definitely ill mannered, ultimately the parents and teacher shout that these days generation is not giving respect. how they will give its the result of the moral education you gave initially. so think on it and all to realise your responsibility. a famous proverb the seed you grow the yield you get . now why to feel sad when crops are of down quality. the wise and those who know the realty take care of this and their children get success.a reality to be realised ........

how yo resolve amicably
yesterday i was very happy to know that supreme court have stayed the most attractive case in last few days. many were concerned.due to every body concern and past history all govt. took necessary initiative. if a true nationalist we should have faith in court and law of India framed as per the guidelines of constitution of India. but in our country their are some antisocial,opportunists,and communal element who always as usual misguide innocent,and illiterate. these are themselves secured in all respect,but the poor and downtrodden who earn daily and is hand to mouth suffers. the anti socials in the guidance of some opportunists earn by unfair means on such occasions. the anti socials start looting every where indirectly,the black marketing starts,prices are risen high by mediators, they sell on high rates to sellers and buy on less price from sellers or villagers. so in common general suffers.the opportunists make money they wait for such occasions like riots,calamities,bandhs,etc. very unpleasant to hear and reality such black marketers and stockists sometimes to commentate their losses and to earn more are involved in creating disturbances. it is a fact that few in India are seeing only their profits and are not concerned with the national interest and their benefits. such only in India have harmed the Indian sub continent since the times the foreigner invaded India. such only helped during,Muslim invasion in sindh now in Pakistan. for getting personal benefit they provided arms,and other auxiliaries to foreign invaders,if they were had been nationalist and must not have provided food,shelter,money on interest,medicines,etc believe me few hundred must not have survived. these of sort of antisocial elements are still in India, the main source the of income terrorists get by slling smuggled goods, the origin of dawood and others is start from smuggling, who purchased their smuggled goods and made them sound the money makers whose iman is money. who buys looted or stolen materials,those anti socials who in picture are rich but indulged in wrong activities. it is not easy to rise in business but many rised in every short period .there is some story behind every success .being a professional and successor of old business family how hard to come up in any business. exceptions are rare ,every cannot take advantage of it.
what all i mean that those anti socials,money makers who are giving support to such elements who they know are thief's,looters,pickpocketors,etc and even those who sell smuggled goods are indirectly supporting anti socials,opportunists,and even terrorists groups. because by selling their smuggled goods we are giving them indirect support for fulfilling our ambitions. such money earned by corruption,bribe,theft,etc does not last long otherwise all such had been big enterprises. the exit of such earning is in bars,court and diseases,. do not forget that GOD is not there otherwise all must have survived. the end of supporters of wrong is worst. what all i write is a record for coming generations and a reality to think over. we follow many religions in India, but why we we not follow the true path. we are united on created controversies,but why we not see that some of us only harmed, .the mughals were called by some against Ibrahim lodhi for personal interests only. there was not a matter of religion then the Muslim fought against Muslims,professional fighters fought against both sides. the opportunists and personal interests only gave entry to babar in India, we forgot all mistakes done by our predecessors and are again always divided on base of caste ,creed, language,state or religion. we always give a chance to anti socials and opportunists to make money.

my students generally ask many questions, some of which give me inspiration that why they should not know the fact or why their anxiety not to be explained. many questions are very innocent and i am surprised why such are not taught. this when we use to study were covered in moral science and general knowledge periods. then principal of st. peers father Lawrence and father columban use to come in free periods,and use to tell many knowledgeable things. sometimes teachers were short then two or three classes were merged the teacher use to discuss on moral teachings, the students were to clarify their misunderstandings, .even teachers asked about festivals through boys of different religions. being a minority student and very few student of Muslim families came to school. the financial problem of Muslims was very bad . maximum rich families migrated after origin of Pakistan in 1947 after partition. very few good families remained in Agra. Agra and Delhi were most effected due to near borders of Punjab. i am again going on history . so what i meant that awareness is also necessary, that clear the doubts and wrong thinking's of many.

HOWTHEPROBLEM ARISED (CONTD).....
in the previous blog i was writing how the opportunists created controversy,some due to politics,some to rule long,some for personal interest like property,site etc. these days you will see that many take regions emotion advantage. to encroach they construct their commercial establishments near ,below,or above sacred places,like graveyards,tombs,mazars,temples. if any time the govt. authority notifies or ask to remove their commercial place that gather innocent people that govt authorities are demolishing the sacred place. this happened in many places in Agra many times in karbala,many masjids or dargahs. the question is that we accept religious activities but why commercial use is allowed. the premises are meant j\for worship but these users or opportunists misguide people and to save their establishments take advantage of emotions though the story is different. we can find shops,hotels,houses in all such plces. many of the graveyards,masjids,mandirs,open land for functions etc. and for melas etc. are under encroachment and under illegal use.
so these sort of opportunists were in all times, they to make rulers happy use to take permission from then rulers. and use to construct masjids in tn\heir name. their is no evidence that babur went to ayodhya. the masjid was constructed in the time of governors . till verified that by history that some mir taki constructed it. their is a system in Indian subcontinent that running currency coins are put during start of construction. . many times the debris of old sites were sold by then occupants of greed. i sometimes doubt that why the then rulers who were wise enough made masjids near temples or in those cities which were the center of Hindus. i am still researching why it was a need of construction. was the cities were not so vast or the sites chosen were of architectural importance. i will go through the literature and works of those days historians shortly . i want to bring reality among people the real facts. may be i doubt that those who from outside due to power of then rulers must have done the act to defame then governments,which was copied by Britishers, and when the dynasty of united kingdom was towards bankruptcy due to their vast empire and expenses showing their wideness and support of opportunists divided India middle east, Palestine and left a site for coming generations to suffer .
always the political opportunists,for their interests have divided nations,people.casts and common for their benefit. if the rulers since times had been just and fair moghuls must not have ruled India,Britishers must not have extracted wealth. mahmud ghaznabi must not have spoiled the image of Islam. it is not true that the rulers spreaded Islam by force .nothing can be bounded, people must have accepted Islam from outside afterwords when they were out of power they must have gone back to their old religion. but it never happened. their are many surnames of Muslims in India n subcontinent who still know their origin ,and are both Muslims or Hindus.

in early days their were very few who were so orthodox. in 1911 my grandfather needed some land to extend the existingmazarsTWOGRAVES),then due to no masjid in gali mansa devi rajakimandi,the masjid was in lohamandi, few houses in gali had problem to offer prayers,specially in ramzan. my first grandmother who was the old resident of gali desired before death that construct the graves roof. so it was planned that a masjid may also be constructed on ist. floor. yhe land about 30 sq. yards was purchased from then pujari who owned the nearby land. though he offered free, but the masjid cannot be constructed on encroached land or without payment. if this is proved thir namaz can not be offered. i may make very clear that masjid is place of worship,not worshipped. it was made from the time of the prophet,those days there were very less permanent structures, namaz use to be offered in maidans,. prophet decided to erect a masjid .it is well on record that muhammad sahib himself purcased the land fromorphans. the prophet use to do many things himself for nazirs for people those days and for coming generations. it was later on compiled in hadis l by his learned succesors and followers. the foundation of islam is totally based on holy QURAN, and hadis. later on many writers wrote easy versions to easily make understand by people. so it is a law in islam that no prayers on disputed place,though you are even allowed in trains,stations,public park etc. but this dies not mean that if namaz offered in any place it becomes a part of mosque. mazars are different and they are simply graves. . many extensions in holy kaba were done with mutual consent of the nearby owners. holy kaba was renovated and developed for the capacity of new hajs. .generally the disputes were created and how i will ellaborate further below.

their are many historical facts,which can prove reality. but due to not let people know the reality they are either not cleared or explained. because if they will be clear to mass how others who create their vote bank by such misunderstanding will create their vote bank. this was the reason not very much attention was given for education. education upgrade human in living,thinking and idea logy. in early days after independence few leaders were in compulsory education 72trs. for all. many religious and other leader not supported from their hearts.the policy could not be implemented as law till date. if from very beginning this has been done by now we must have been developed countries like japan,others. indian leaders never unitedly fought for this. the only interest that if mass will be educated it will start taking correct decision.

something is lacking
generally we are seeing that terrorist or antisocia, incidents happen. a simle statement we are finding out the miscreants,shortly they will be caught. but no concrete steps are taken and the incidents reoccur. till date never a confirmed report came that who is playing behind.
yesterday queens baton was in agra, any how a loded truck must have surely passed from highway or route of baton previously fixed a truck was found the p on the service road near sultan gung which damaged the pulia to a-6 block of kamla nagar .how it entered the road on that event time why it was not stopped. the evidence is broken pulia .the incident occured in the time when the batton was on route and many childrens on way .if it must have turned on other side a big accidene can have occured. how the loaded truck was allowed in such heavy rain on service road in peak hours. it means nobody was vigil,or strict on duties. if suvh can happen on such important day when all officials were outdoor then what must be happening in normal days. why the routine checks and rule caRE NOT STRICTLY FOLLOWED. THESE ARE THE THINGS WHICH THE ANTISOCIALS AND TERRORIST TAKE ADVANTAGE. WHEN WE ARE NOT VIGILANT ON SUCH IMPORTANT ROADS THEN WHAT TO THINK ABOUT OTHER CONNECTING RODADS. if simly everybody is fair and active in its position the situation can be improved in maximum. govt will have to take in confidence in and to take help of educated,retd,govt officials who had good service record,provide international level training to those already in service through some foreign recognised experts and will have to use latest technology. moral upgrading to be done for those who are performing well on the basis of non immediate bosses report to prevent grudge or favour due to personal reasons. appreciation and promotions to be awarded to those who non corrupt and have excellent service records,can be verified through many wats. good,efficient mnagement can bring upgradation. their shold be parameters abd bindings on the interference of non govt . it should be allowed only through their party headquarters. all politiccal parties can cooperate by appointig laders with their permission only any agitation within law to be done and one of their presence should be necessary. many times the leaders have to give statement that they were not there party people. other parties in this dirty politics to defame oyjers image have many times given loss to many parties. identity cards of the parties should only to the person well verified by senior party members. many times it is in news that pick pockets took away so many purses. even of the leader, this is only due to no identification. political people are happy that so many people are with them . but can be harmful antisocials take advantage of such occassions. now their are many other way of publicity .we can use that facility and can get better resuts without problem to commutors and rished crossings and roads. during election period you can see the same faces in all paty rallies, they are their for refreshment, to visit big cities, and also simetimes money. in many elections i saw a good crowd but when finally results came few thousands vote crowds come from nearby areas on pary provided vehicles and sometimes i saw many roaming because their was no vehicle from which they came.
so in this age of technology the methods of contacting should be changed,and debate speeches in places where pople can hear to all parties ,their priorities,and what new their party has planned. that can be covered live by t.v. ,then only people will come out of their orthodox way of selection,and the right candidates will go in houses in majority,and a nation al progress thinking government will be formed which will be able to make laws on his ideology and meris,in wlfare of the nation and its citizens and the crime and corruption will itslf vanish. and transparent and good governments will contine next, the main drawback is that people in mass do not understand reality and vote blindly. the constitution has given the right that if your candidate of party you follow is not upto the mark,send an indivudual of no party. youwill get the right represntation.

when i was born i could not be aware what this wurld be,but when i grow up and started understanding i have many memoirs. my father was very ed kess educated but he realised that his parents tried a lot to educate their son ,but the friend circle knew that his father have immense wealth so they misguided him and indulged him in games,pigeons,kites,roaming etc he could not understand that time ,they only wanted to share his money, and he use to run away from school with them now at the age of 810he feel sorry that if if he must have gone to school he must not have lost his factory,wealth,property. those brothers who were educated survived well and any how got better share .so this is to tell that good education counts a lot for your carrer and future .20 yrs initial education time can never return though you have whole life to enjoy other things.
when i grew up i had many experiences which i realised afterwards . starting my gali friends in common were good. i never obeyed my mother to be away from few, but now i realise she was right,some of them due to poor brought up they had the habit of stealing. they use to steal my books,toys,and even my food so obey your parents they are always right. other problems i faced that they use to take us for for play near railway line and we all happily accompanied them .i still remember if one day some gentle mean must not have pulled me i must have been handicapped or died.
we had a close relative ,though my father got a english tutor but that relative was good in mathematics,but he never taught me ,when i use to go to his home he use to give me some exercise but never explained,and asked me to to do at home if he had been fair i must have good in maths. also. chidren always remember my chilhood love and hate. they have very good understanding power ,thoough they not retaliate but they remember for whole life.
i can neverr forget many of them few i am mentioning,i can never forget love of shri ram babu harma,late shri moti lal,lala magan lal, narayan uncle who had a milk shop, one baba of daritanath mandir my neighbours. also a episode that one day after school i went to one of my frinds house it was lunch time her mother gave me food ina cracked crockery in which servant or dog must be eating. becuse after few days when i again went to that house that utensil was lying outside. though afterwards i never ate any thing in their house. when my friend sister asked why you dont eat any thing now i innocently told her,she was very annoyed on the mentality if her illiterate and orthodox mother. thank didi i remember this.this was the difference of education and your new society. the other incident is that we many frinds went to our friend house they had confectionary shop. surprising to me the mentality now the mother of our frind offered us shop return pieces of biscuits ,dried bread or rusk we call, afterwards none of us went to that friend house.we all were from good families and student of 4th or 5th. those days and understood every thing well. there is one positve remebrance also my friend ambrish,jitendra pal singh,and sant prakash bhagia mother,father always showed love mr kanti bhai patel a well known cricketer,whenever we went to play cricket at his net at home use to ask ambrish to offer refreshment to me,frinds and my younger brither.so in the hose of sp,or jps when ever we went we were nopt sent back without tea and snacks. so the values and attitude is never forgotten. everbody if he is little wise realises the facts. so do not do such mistakes with children better to do nothing if dont like.
many of my experinces in my professinal life and in neighborhood i have written in my articles,columns,blogs writing here will be a repitition. please see my older posts and shotly correcton willbe done which occurs due to cataract in my eyes and shortly to be operated,soory for mistakes,but the idea you can understand.

superstitions
superstitions are very common in india. all religion followers residing in india are acting on it .few of the events i know i will tell you.
their was a women living with a joint family. she was fed up of work as she was youngest daughter in law,she told the problem to her friend she gave an idea .from next thursday she after bath opened her hair and started a movement of head and changed her voice. peer of nearby dargah was on her. she started telling many stories of past which she had heard from her husband. her mother in law believed on her ,that was very old incident.she sat before her joining hands. other family members were qalso attracted, her frind was also called ,the drama continued. then other members sterted asking questions,when her friend felt that she is tired asked peer sahib what you will eat or drink .she demanded for water and cool drink.and also some sweets .the act was planned on holiday so all themembers were at home though it was thurday sacred for dargah visit.the sweets and drink was arranged and after takin them the lady started again, she use to be angry and wild on the questions she not knew,and prevented to reply.
now she came on the main reason she want to be done, her frind asked peer sahib said i am very happy with her and attracted by her beauty when she was passing near my grave, the friend asked what she shuld do the peer inside the lady replied, she should not toch any stone or metal,she should eat food in glass or or pottery . she should not leave her room after sunrise to sunset. the friend at once accepted and the peer vanished and the lady got rid of work for years till the family divided or migrated elsewhere,and started living single. after wards she told the story to her husband and started working in kitchen. those days very few could afford mixy etc. still we use roti roller of stone.
the other story is of kanpur, a small girl ran away due to fear from home and could not be traced,somebody said she is kidnapped,etc. the daughter was of amiddle class family living in tiwaripur chakeri kanpur. her parents who were teacher by profession searched everywhere,but no results. somebody told about one sufi i was also there the sufi was called and he came with very yes and know to the place of the person in problem. reaching first he demanded for tea,obvoously something to eat will be served. samosas and sweets came from tiwari sweets .he enjoyed,till now he had not asked any thing about the problem. we all surrounded him that what magic he will do. now he asked for a new piece of cloth the mother gave a bedsheet,in the meantime he said his chappal has broken on way,somebody purchased one from lal bungalow market,she sat on bedsheet,he was not aware that i am also muslim.and know rules of worship. he said he want to offer namaz,without wazu necessary for any namaz,properly and systematically wash hands,mouth and foot. but without wazu he started namaz,i had seen that he had gone to toilet on arriving. the namaz he uttered standing for sometime and then sitting bedause he was confirmed that nobody to watch in this hindu house. then he said to call a child to close eyes and asked the child to press eyes tightly,if you do so some images will come before your eyes. child can you see something said the sufi .the child replied ducks like,all were listening and seeig the act. he said something else a door, see more the reply was like dargah . oh he shouted she is captured by some baba,and uttered something i also cold not understand like a tukbandi, jinnbaba go there and tell me the location. he had collected much information about what she has carried she had no money, but then also he said that she has gone towards chungi jajmau,some had told that girl was seen here in frock. he declared she can be found in lucknow. but finally yhe girl reached from kanpur to new delhi and sat on station for more than 24 hours. the police had seen her and keeping an eye on her thinking that she is with some gang or beggars. but when they saw nobody came to her they sent him in custedy of a lady police. by that the missing information came at delhi and on enquiry and same name father and his friend reached de,lhi and brought the girl at home. a day back the so called sufi has gone away with money clothes and new chappal and the belief of people present there broke.
so what i mean is that when person lady or gents not get his demand fulfilled they use this weapon and the innocent and illiterate believe in them. sometimes this is semi faint ,epilepsy,or some depression ,psychological problem and need medical help. need not to believe such.....

the fact is that india was stable since times due to only reformers. since times then reformers educated the society on many matters like humanity,love and sacrifice. their efforts only diffused the misunderstandings created by those elements who had benifit in hatred among different religion followers. they were always against reformers because they knew if people will not believe on suspicians,superstitions,beliefs, and will know the facts about other religions who will come to take their advise and how they will survive because their lilihood was dependant on this. thes sort of persons were in all religions a few examles of such i will later in this article.
many of the well known reformers of their times were lord buddha,bhagwan mahavir,samrat ashoka,kabir das,gurunanak ji kabir das ,many other muslim saints and hindu saints,swami vivekananda,mahatma gandhi,frontier gandhi who never accepted pakistan and his bad luck was that pakistan was formed in his territory who has voted to be india.a fogotten nationalis and follower of matma gandhi.........many other great reformers in the series of shri ram,shri krishna,raja harish chand and many other saints,sufis,sants,swamis impossible to mention. the indians were awyy from many civil wars,caste feelings communal rights due to such great gods saints or reformers.
the communal elements only worked on the subject of other religions by which they can create hatred for others,and people may not get an opportunity to understand other religion. for examle muslims eat non veg ,though they eat themselves but they had a point to create hatred. they took advantage of faith and created misunderstanding. it is not necessary if you dont like you do eat any thing in muslim house.but why preventig anybody to do friedship. these people who call themselve learned teachers never tell that if non veg food must not have been allowed how desert people must have survived where there is no crops. those days they even not had so much money that they can import from elsewhere. muhammad sahib worked all his life for reforms only in those days the arab world was in very bad stage,corruption all over.
we in our days have reformers and one of the latest mother tersa. but we have many communal elements also who are inside many political parties,colleges,schools,social organisations who are creating hatred among religions,csate and society for their personal benifit or political benifit. till when such will use this strategy to gain portfolio or financial benifit. their are many examples in our present poltical world who took the benifit of this formula like the britishers and now enjoying high portfolios and huge wealth in our country. many we know who had nothing when they started their poltical carreer but by creating such atmoshere by their speeches took support of the innocent and illiterate citizens on the base of caste creed and religion have risen at the top. they took advantage of unemployed youth citizens who were in poor financial posion and spoiled the carreer of many,if they must have been their true well wishers then they must have supported them for education.carrer or self employment. they by giving few thusads take help of them in elections,bandhs,rallies,or support during trouble. a simple question for those supporters what they echieved for themselves,they all are enjoying royal life and those who worked for them are there only where they was except few photos in news papers which also are paid publicity. so what i want to express through this is that use your minds read well the old history for facts,then only you will know that who made mistakes and who were reformers who saved the society.
i also request the teachers to tell the real history to the students and politics should be kept far from the growing generations, then only society will create reformers,true leaders,nationalists,and again a golden bird as known for india,the place for good moral,economical and educational centre as it was famous in olden times. people only come to those places where they get values and education.

feeling and blind faith in indians
indian believe a lot in superstitions. you can lakhs of people bluffed by such elements.the foundation of all religions is faith. many so called bluffers make fool of the innocent citizens of indian subcontinent,here you will find sacrifice of animal(bali),many sitting on dargah and saying jinnath are coming ask what you want dancing, saying hals are coming,during qawwali. i myself once experimented this during a urs ceremony at kanpur. people believed me ,many wre on my feets ,some standing in ovation and respect.but anyhow i got rid of situation and felt sorry for it and never repeated it in future. this all is a profession and a group is there who know all your problem and the so called sufi,guru,or tantrik when you visit will tell you your problems himself,and your faith in his technology abecomes strong. . one of the fact about tantra is that you go to a tantrik that i m fed up with with somebody,and i want to take revenge. he will say i can do this he will vanish etc. then he will demand good money for the job.if you pay he with the help of his network will transfer some bacteria or virus which they culture in their old technique somewhere through some materil they want to effect by any means. and when somebody is sick they claim see i told you that something will happen ,this is a start see what will happen. definitely somebody in house who have less resistance get infected,and if not cured even die.and the person who says he had done so becme hero andthe person involved becme his devotee. i know and have seen many such and sufis,peers sitting on dargahs surrounded by many ladies and thir team, even not go for namaz,and have made this their business. najumi in urdu, or astrology,numerology to tell about your past,present and future is not an easy task. it is a complete course and need lot of practice and experience, so beware of such antisocial elements who to earn money are doing this act. people should not give donations to such .if you want to donate money on such places like dargah,masjid,temples, etc put in the locked box for this purpose generally in those people who are visited by hundreds of people. money ogiven in the hands is not used for the purpose you want.

towards same trend
when torrent took over power supply and billing at agra all were happy that every thing will be normalised. in beginning the citizens of agra faced heavy load shedding .the excuse was that the structure is in very bad condition.dont know how u.p.s.e.b., was running. o.k. few protests were there then people started cooperating that position will improve. torrent appointed many those who were working on adhoc with upseb. they know the old tactics and lacunas. instead new staff from i t i . must have been trained on their old sites elsewhere. the wiring ,transformers are still in dangerous position no attention. i think that the new arrivals senior officers are still not on sites .i am giving two examples to verify,one is on bye pass opposit hotel and closed petrol pump. many new people get down by bus there they can ever touch the high voltage line ,second is i saw two days ago in gali mansa devi, the panel is same open position and high tension line in such a narrow lane. how it was allowed it must have been underground. we can find many cases elsewhere and the residents should report in wring with acnowledgement,to enable the concerned agencies to put up the matters.though media is working on it but the locals will have to inform and cooperate.all are against theft of electricity but those areas where the rate of recovery is good should not be experimented for comleting the target .this i am mentionig because you will find in kamla nagar contractor people knocking every hous that metre is to be changed. this i am observig since last many months,change3d o9ne or two and disappear then again come in some area. seeing so much of incidences it should be in a planned manner. all individuals should be informed mentioning that this premises with connection no. and name should be sent first as intimation so that the concerned may be present on site.many hoses are even occupied by tenants,and they need time to come and allow the tenant to get the changes done. because as per law if the tenant do any changes in absence or without permission he can be evacuated. so written information to the connection holders is necessary. some senior j.e., level staff should accompany the team of private cotractor and local police should be informed that house to house metre change work will be done......

how to manage
the rush in markets,maincrossings,and main stops is only due to mismanagement. you can find 3 people travelling on motorcycles,vehicles parked at places near to market. people to save few rupees park anywhere they want. they even do not fear of police sitting on chairs. this sort of attitude of people have developed due to everybody telling relation to some political party or leader. due to rush the antisocial elements are taking advantage, sometimes the local police to known by face to the nearby residents. so it is seen that sometimes neglect seeing also. the so called parchi holders at main busy places like bhagwan,others they show more power than adminstration,they also have the guts to get dipute settled. such people in all govt offices called as dalals have spoiled the image of the govt. employees very much. in british time also bribe was taken.but at wrong places,or from antiscials or law breakers. generally when i travel in a auto i ask why so many pl many people in space of three. yhe reply is get down i have to genarally argue. i see the concerned on duty rarely check for rush. all are united on this matter they say we pay huge amount daily to run on these roads. ....i dont know why the information system of thes people is reliable,before start of any checking they regularise. ans few hpurs as usual/ the commuters pay full fare and inconvenience due to corruption,and mediators every where openly collecting money. if the senior officials travel like common man they can themselves see the situation. why when there is parking all over agra the vehicles are not parked properly. till when due to no strictness people will bear problem.

crime can be reduced
our country have a vast population,and big borders. awareness,cooperation,support to admin,and good co-ordination can solve a lot of problems of state and central govt...few years back i wrote many registered letters in my own hand writing to the secretaries of prime minister and chief minister. but i even not got acknowledgment. in those letters i gave many suggestions for improvement. generally the letters come to p.m. office for personal works.may be they not seen due to overload. sorting of such letters is necessary many government agencies like r.t.o wait and measures c.i.d. and other investigation agencies police department if all work in proper way, that is in a planned way and regularly the graph of crime can reduced from maximum to normal.
routine check of licenses etc. can help to detect the anti social elements. the Hy - phi technology like mobiles, p.c.O's good way of living sophisticated vehicles and weapons, easily availability of such materials on borders, smuggled goods has become of grate help to criminals. the support of few so called leaders who keep such people for support are always seen accumulating on police station pressurizing the officers to give them relieve. this sort of support for illegal activities should be stopped. the concerned officers who wants to take action such antisocial elements due to political pressure resist this also make the senior officials immuned not to work. people should not support leaders on such activities and occasions. politics doesn't mean to help for personal benefit. in the end i would like to say that the proper screening and check is very necessary on all check points without any fear of partiality. good looking doesn't mean that your all papers licenses etc. are up to the mark. public should also cooperate during checking to detect the wrong.

action for control
the rate of crime has increased to high % in all metro and other cities. the main reason behind it is less feeling of responsibility,no fear,training not up to the present standard of crime,and no doubt involvement in corruption. the other reason is undue,undeserving promotions,no recognition of good work. political interference,and too much of unnecessary transfers has reduced the interest of official. it is well known that bribe is involved in placement. highlighted and caught many times by media that higher officials are more worried on sending the premium suvidha above monthly. otherwise may be you are senior be ready to go to backward areas. talented some officers prefer to go on such posts where they not have to pay such r arrange for such on priority. i am sad that such politicians are doing this at the cost of nation. normally leaving exceptions it is hard to collect lakhs,but people have declared crores and they do not have rich heritage and use to live very hard life .but politics and no strict law and lacuna's of declaring income in the way of presentation,benefit is taken. politics now is an industry,spend for ticket,give good donations get good portfolios. then earn as you like. i had been discussing with many they sad we spent lakhs for appointment,we have to pay interest besides the original amount. so any how we have to earn. now if they say it means corruption or cheating somebody is involved. all have find out methods to earn, and some are doing to survive on their choice post and place. now the administration and concerned staff have no time to visit of which all take advantage,criminal or others, their is ban on polythene now china's thin poly bags in market ,chain snatching,theft,even so effected then also people not write f.i.r.. saying no chance of recovery. does the c.i.d.,not give report of such incidences,. due to this the moral of criminals very high ,modern technology gives them support. they can reach any where in the city, they roam easily on public places, if the local people see them roaming always then why not concerned deptt. checking of vehicles,rush areas,r.t.o., also be strict and local police may accompany,on routine check many wrong can also be caught. so i say all deptt,s. like r.t.o.,sales tax,n.m.p. health deptt.,police if may become active much can be improved. .....see my other blogs on these topics on environment

many govt.agencies if strict and vigilant many problems can be solved. the lower staff is immuned to not to work properly,and the administrative staff is helpless,or fearful of them ,may be due to loopholes,or a joint suvidha center in which they are also sharer. this must be teasing but this is truth that the senors are seen requesting for work. i often go to court and other govt deptt. their i saw a senior judge was asking for some work in a court for electric work and cotnd. for three days he was making excuses .the opportunity the system has given. many are taking the undue advantage of it .the facilities were given by law and constitution was to bring the down trodden up from poverty for development to the level of mass, but now the beneficial are using for disobeying,and not to work. really very pity. i have never faced such in my private sector tenure ,if i use to see that somebody is not taking interest i use to sack with three months salary because we had power and support by top management and no involvement of politicians etc. this all has happened in system because max are involved in earning illegally,and when the boss himself will come after 12.00noon, and group d who knows very well that sahib is enjoying at home not gone on any site .this is simply to tell to public. what respect they can get from subordinates.
few days back my father visited a officer in n.m.p., he said to him that i am thrice to pay tax. i old man face problem to come.the officer called the concerned .the reply to the boos of subordinate was that the collection book is at home i will take later on. the reason is that my father can never pay something extra. the position in district such offices is worst,and govt is loosing crores due to corruption .this can be find out by any impartial agency why systems are not improved in this computerized age,why the records are not updated all due to keeping chances of corruption.if proper billing and record then who will pay extra. crores we spend on other requirement but nothing concrete yet done with centralized system,billing,payment receipts ,status on all centers and collection counters.we are still following century old system due to our personal benefit. why their are very less problems with B.s.n.l.,post offices,banks,torrent,private sector,insurance,etc because their are no lacuna's to earn. so i mean is that if once all is regularized then water tax, house tax,sewer tax ,and other deptt.s will not adopt new techniques the corruption will continue. though planned years back the delay only due to that if all regularized on circle rate no evaluation physically approx, all to done with making maps of houses etc will stop suvidha. all developed countries are flourishing because the local govt. bodies and govt. is getting right revenue,nobody shares in between and citizens voluntarily give the right information.

areas which need socil workers...
in India we have very less social workers. most of on record are either doing to make n.g.o. ,or others to gain popularity,among public their community, their locality show off ,future planning to gane some portfolio or election ticket. some are doing it only to show their position that they are rich . social service only not need money but also love for poor ,needy downtrodden keeping apart cast creed or religions. i know many who call media on such occasion, they also invite local leaders to get recognition. no doubt they get benefit in their business or political activities. i observe many such program mes, i found that help was given to those who are there employees,in hose or factory. because of this the help taker is under pressure of help and have no courage to ask for his benefits allowed, because the helper always give reference of the help given to him. when the worker is asked for extra work. this i mean that if the members choose person of their own choice it is indirectly not a social service but a bonus to worker or it family. publicity they get free .
this i have mentioned because the existing old age homes,orphanages,schools,hospitals,started by many social workers of their times.or many run by missionaries,and many other old social organizations all over India are lacking funds. due to which their strength is going down and are running under capacity. though people take benefit in taxes they can even give huge funds to big hospitals,schools,orphanages,and old age homes.
it will be beneficial that instead of making small societies based on some parameters and limitations it will be better to donate in kind to big s.s.o., bodies and their centers and to big govt controlled such homes,hospitals etc. because the budget of help in big such hosp.,homes is bigger combined help is only possible because the apparatuses construction,others is very costly. so their is less possibility of individual publicity. their you will get joint appreciation and coverage. .
this trend has started from last few years that people come forward more for individual or community charity program mes and have divided on base of caste,creed,community,or religion. while doing such help nothing should be criteria,and help must go to the real deserved without any partiality or favor. if one is donor and also portfolio holder then it is not possible that the real needy who deserve will get help. for selection a separate body is needed.this is not a hard task but easily manageable. i request the social helpers to come out of limitations and and work for all. ..........
