keep fit

when i was in my teens ,there was nobody to guide to keep fit, i use to sleep till late hours and the routine was not regular. i was thin and weak. later on when i joined service i could not give attention due to shifts. i was fond of sleeping,and rich diet made me fatty, then i realized the importance of fitness. though i could control a little but not satisfactory.those days their was also not so much publicity of yoga etc. now i will tell you the tips how i managed some .
get up early in morning,say 5.00 a.m.
move in your home,by arranging your house items.
paste and have tea, water what you like,not very cold.
go for natural requirements.
go out for a walk.
return and wait for sometime have bath, and go or do prayer
by this time all must have got up, now you are free to take break.
now you are free for your routine for livelihood.
take balanced lunch between 1.00 to 2.00 p. m.
evening light snacks,fruits,or drink of your liking.
dinner between 9.00 to 10.00 p. m.
view t. v. or on computer up to eleven.
now you are free for a good sleep you can have some milk before sleep. balanced and planned or food advised by different sources can be of great help.you can write to me for your other queries.at khannajeeb1956@yahoo.com
