how to bring awareness,a big task.

a big problem even in this advanced world. now also people do not want to agree on facts. the roots of communal misunderstanding put in the minds are having deep roots. comparison of invaders with religion is not deleting from the minds of even educated. the mass is illiterate or less educated,and there concepts are even so doubtful, that it is very hard task.

experiences of my life an idea t

there are many good and bad experiences which reflect in my writings. many i have mentioned earlier, few i will brief. pls. see and compare with your experiences for facts. many problems and their reason behind i always tell to my friends,students,and others. never show your abilities to your immediate bosses. generally if you will try to expose your abilities you can be discarded by some who are less efficient then you. never give the information on mistakes occurred in meeting that is taken in account by management and the lower management then keeps grudge with you. when once i exposed the mistake of then technical director of tata dewas, ultimately i suffered night shifts and forced yo resign and quit. the administrative management appreciate such but due to ego or seniority some cannot bear the truth. mistakes in technology or process can be overlooked by anybody and is well observed by on floor more than the officers in cabins. that technician even criticized me in my next company saying that he is over confident, but it not effected me lot because my performance in new company was over average. experiences should be shared for awareness for next to come in profession. or in their practical life.
as regarding medical. now the diagnosis is dependent on pathology tests, i have suffered due to wrong pathological findings, simply writing a precaution that it is not guaranteed and can vary is to misguide the patient and to save from legal bindings. but this is not for getting rid of responsibility. i have taken this matter with regulatory authorities that new guide lines, and the technicians assisted are competent enough to do the tests. the assistants assisting in operations are qualified. i see in many laboratories of Agra the pathologists are dependent on juniors, i always watch for months and then comment. variations can occur to illiterates and they can be misguided. now the patients test from their instruments, like sugar, urine sugar etc then go for tests. and they can easily catch the negligence. there are certain parameters of rise or low in pathology. the laboratories should update themselves in all matters, and should feel their responsibility. otherwise such law in India will also come in force that doctors, pathologists, to pay compensation on faults, awareness is coming very fast and now people understand the facts . there are many who seeing problem of others and have understood the fault of doctor or pathology leave on GOD or their karms, understand well the mistakes, occurred. so shortly the regulatory panels will also check doctors of their health,sight and fitness. i hope that now counseling of such important profession and also in other administrative jobs like other advanced countries in India their is also necessary.....

addicayes,manners,and way of living.

the manners and your behavior,discipline shows that what are your sanskars,family background and your brought up. if you are out of house and you behaving bad with or before your elders, or you are abusing or teasing on way, passing bad comments,shouting,or doing circus does not show that you are rich,brave,or khali,or dara singh. it only shows your poor mentality and the family atmosphere, or locality, area they come from. this reflects that they have no moral values,poor teaching, or they are coming from a very undisciplined school.
in our school days, there are less no. of such persons,students,or children s. but surprising now even girls are also not behind boys in this field. the bad behavior at public places,.this is only due to no control or negligence of parents and school teachers. it should be seen that what the students are doing after school or coaching. the parents should also enquire of timings and reason of their late reaching at home or cause of absence. generally the illiterate class or labor class have no time to know the where about of their children but when i see of well to do families children, roaming,dodging,sitting idle on roads, chatting on restaurants i cannot understand that when they get time for study or revision. i see many of my students complaining me that they have less time for course, how otters roam , it means that either their parents are careless, or busy in some other activities, . the negligence towards their child can cost them later on either in form of some addictiveness or wrong company. the many incidents, and culprits caught these days we often see through news channels and papers are generally of superior class. lower class is involved in small thefts,pickpocketing,or picking something from shops etc. but the high profile crimes are generally seen committed by middle class, or those children to whom parents are not giving attention. these days young folk targets the old in making fun this shows their sanskars and family brought up and backgrounds. parents are only responsible for such.
due to no proper sanskars and poor brought up you can see many throwing garbage outside their houses, creating nuisance in other areas, teasing the old ,commenting on girls. no fear of elders, posing of their motorcycles, cars as if people have not seen so fast driving. many times i see children playing or on toy cycle saved by god grace they shiver or trimmer by their action, and something bad can happen . why the parents of such underage children are given vehicles. does this shows something they are proud of.

historical facts and finding a brief summary

i always some historical events and references in my writings. the main reason behind it that the history is the most reliable evidence of past. may be it is glory,mistakes,reforms,concepts,results of changes, and also religion. the old history is remembered by generations verbally through stories, in form of plays,drama,autobiographies,biographies,books,inscriptions on stone,caves,and later on compiled by many historians. we know the facts of past,living of those times,language of the old times and many other evidences by such books of history. if people must not have remembered in any form all must have been forgotten. we must not have known on what reason like diwali,idd,holi,mohurrum,pujas, fasts, others started. after every custom their is history and fact. the old tactics,mistakes were studied from the life history of great rulers and that they added to their way of rule. they also reviewed the mistakes and prevented to do such. many mistakes done by then rulers gave a way to invaders to rule India, and the mistakes due to which they got opportunity to rule is clear frm history. if ibrahim lodhi was supported by on way states the power of babur must have weakened till he reached panipat . he got support for food,maps,ammunition,transport etc. from opportunists who were professionally only thinking of their earning. before changez khan the mongols were not Muslims they adopted Islam in the reign of changez,few know this,when he killed lakhs of Muslims, and announced that no Muslim will offer prayer then also in night one old Muslim went to mosque and offered azan ,a call for namaz which many do not know, this concept seems to be not clear to kabir das, how he wrote kakar pathar jor ke ..............mulla bang dey. this is to be researched how he wrote such azan is only a call for namaz since the times of PROPHET MOHAMMAD. so the main story changez was astonished and amazed that so big massacre but then also no fear of me. the old man when called on by changez said that he fears only from allah, you can simply kill me but i cannot change my faith and religion. he after thinking on it accepted Islam and later on his successors were married to turks in which the famous ruler timur lung and the new name derived call moghuls of which babur was one of the successor . seeing the wealth and green land they entered India through khyber pass. and fought against rulers there and in the end marched towards Delhi for a final fight at panipat against ibrahim lodhi. then ruler of Delhi . this was the star of mughal rule with a gap in humayun period in the reign of sher shah suri a wise ruler who also could not last more due to opportunists in all times who have always harmed the country. a lesson to be learnt at present also for future.
so history is a subject to read and viewed, only this can create a perfect and understanding society. teachers also as i always say should teach the real history without any prejudice,favor,or feelings. this will produce a healthy generation for our country who will think of progress of country . and will only understand the right. the fact. and will have open mind to understand religion,people,rulers,politics, and also be aware of opportunists who misguide them for their ambitions and benefits....

hospitals in india.

our country had a vast network of hospitals,clinics,laboratories in all areas like villages,towns and cities. there are many hospitals in india with no staff, many even not have doctors, if some have they not go to dispensary daily. there are big hospitals like kgmc Lucknow, sn medical Agra. but unfortunately uncared or mismanaged, i was there for an emergency treatment and reached there from Agra in July 2009. but was not attended even for first aid treatment and delayed up to 3.00 pm, the doctor of eye who was to inject and take culture was busy in his research work at computer. i knew the extreme of infection but no effect, he simply said that o.t., is full. an excuse. same happened in indira Gandhi hospital in kaiser bagh after spoiling two hours and junior doctor formality the senior lady doctor not even gave an oral drop to stop infection bot said the concerned doctor is on leave, you can go to other hospital or private, if this is the case with big hospitals what of small dispensaries,hospitals of towns and cities. many cases are spoiled due to no proper detection in early stage or problem. people not go to such hospitals, and govt is wasting crores on salary and others with no results. this is only due to no care and responsibility of doctors and staff. even the medicines the patient bring are not completely used and balance used for other patient the new pack is saved for sale etc. i saw this myself in many hospitals and o.t. room. the problem is only due to no fear and corruption. illiterates are taken for ride in more number. the combination's are prepared by technicians, and very junior doctors and to hide their mistake they do not inform the mistake and lastly the patient suffers. once i myself saw that a girl eyes were dilated instead of an eye drop. when the doctor examined she shouted on junior and technician. thank god it have no side effect if it had been other medicine can even loose vision. since the trend of more private hospitals, and no medicines,machines, infrastructure, staff, in govt hospitals, health and cure has become very costly and out of reach of common. those hospitals who have many facilities are not operative fully due to lack of maintenance, and management. we have so many hospitals in India that they can be revived by little care and attention by the concerned and help by social organizations.

the festivals in indian subcontinent are celebrated in different ways in comparison to other countries. indian festivals are always colorful and the ceremonies are very vast and viewed by mass. people love to go here on these occasions . the same difference is with indian Muslims due to culture. Indian Muslims are impressed by their predecessors and the culture of the subcontinent. ... the brief introduction of idd ul zoha is festival of sacrifice ,in practice since the time of ibrahim as salam. he was going to sacrifice his son for GOD but as he tied cloth on his eyes ,as soon he slaughtered on opening he found a lamb there. . the celebration started since then.
id ul milad is in the memory of prophet mohammad rasool allah. this day he was born. mehraj, went to god, and also died on the same day. rarely seen for many. ..due to this only shabebarat other name starts from previous day night, extra prayers, visit to ancestors, cemeteries or graveyards and extra nafil namaz are offered in homage of holy prophet. . next morning on the day alms and food are offered to poor. in Islam there are two extra wajib, (COMPULSORY)namaz that is on both side. offered by all Muslims all over the globe.
the mohurrum are to keep memory of grandsons and other family members of prophet mohammad daughter, who died in war with yaziz in the kabala, near the city situated in iraq at present. it is a time of sorrow for Muslims all over the world. in India a different way of presentation in India. it is entirely different from other parts of the world. for 10 days poor are offered food and on last day the indian what tazias are cremated in local karbala graveyard. this started in India from the time of king timur who use to go to Iraq at imam hussain tombbut that year he could not go so he offered his homage to a replica of the imam tomb then the tradition started in India. the historical record. people have written that timur lang was directed for such in dream......

these days verification of telephone seems is in progress. but for new it is not a problem the purchaser can be verified and checked, at the source . the outlet from where you are buying. signatures, address proof, photos all o. k. verified. but what is the guarantee the provider of documents is still residing at the place which address he has provided. there are many who can be traced migrated to other places and they are having old address documents. many have even died and their voter i. d. ,ration cards driving licenses are still with their successors or others. though many deptt.s did much efforts to check and control such but many ditched because their relatives living on old addresses give wrong information and such are not canceled. in my previous letters,articles,blogs i wrote that correct and answerable verification can be done by postman of area . he visits daily and know the exact position. such verification documents to be sent by registered posy such as pan nos .voter i. d. ,driving license, if revue loss in postage extra postage charges can be taken at the time of formal request. decades back the task of such important delivery was in the hands of indian postal department. only. second cross verification can be done if required by the concerned deptt. it is a very sensitive matter and not to be issued without confirmation. a provision to be made immediately that on change of address, documents like ration cards,driving license, voter i.d., bank account address, and address in other documents like gas connection etc to be immediately changed. . and necessary change is legally required and to be completed within 15 days. this can only prevent the misuse and THE WRONG CAN BE CHECKED OR TRACED. . AFTER VERIFICATION THE PAPERS AND DOCUMENTS TO BE VERIFIED FOR CHECK AND DATE OF CHECKING. THIS WILL ONLY BE GENUINE ON THE SITE, OR ON ADDRESS GIVEN, NOT SITTING IN OFFICES. A COMPLETE RECEIPT ON PAYMENT OF POSTAL CHARGES DURING VERIFICATION CAN BE SENT BY POST FOR A RECORD AND CROSS VERIFICATION. I HAD SUGGESTED MANY TIMES THAT FOR THIS TASK LIKE VERIFICATION,ISSUE OF VOTER I.D., ADDRESS VERIFICATIONS FOR OTHER GOVT FACILITIES A SEPARATE DEPTT TO BE FORMED. ADHOC AND OTHER DEPTT. STAFF ON DEPUTATION CAN NOT FULFILL THIS TASK BECAUSE AN APPROVED ORGANIZATION OR DEPTT. WILL BE TOTALLY ANSWERABLE FOR MISTAKES AND WRONG BECAUSE THIS WILL BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY . AND THEY WILL NOT NEED TRAINING EVERY TIME GIVEN TO DEPUTATION STAFF, AND THE LOSS OF SUCH STAFF IN THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS. THIS CAN BE A STEP FORWARD AND INITIATIVE, FOR A VERY IMPORTANT TASK , NECESSARY FOR NATIONAL SECURITY AND TO STOP MISUSE....
