indian believe a lot in superstitions. you can lakhs of people bluffed by such elements.the foundation of all religions is faith. many so called bluffers make fool of the innocent citizens of indian subcontinent,here you will find sacrifice of animal(bali),many sitting on dargah and saying jinnath are coming ask what you want dancing, saying hals are coming,during qawwali. i myself once experimented this during a urs ceremony at kanpur. people believed me ,many wre on my feets ,some standing in ovation and respect.but anyhow i got rid of situation and felt sorry for it and never repeated it in future. this all is a profession and a group is there who know all your problem and the so called sufi,guru,or tantrik when you visit will tell you your problems himself,and your faith in his technology abecomes strong. . one of the fact about tantra is that you go to a tantrik that i m fed up with with somebody,and i want to take revenge. he will say i can do this he will vanish etc. then he will demand good money for the job.if you pay he with the help of his network will transfer some bacteria or virus which they culture in their old technique somewhere through some materil they want to effect by any means. and when somebody is sick they claim see i told you that something will happen ,this is a start see what will happen. definitely somebody in house who have less resistance get infected,and if not cured even die.and the person who says he had done so becme hero andthe person involved becme his devotee. i know and have seen many such and sufis,peers sitting on dargahs surrounded by many ladies and thir team, even not go for namaz,and have made this their business. najumi in urdu, or astrology,numerology to tell about your past,present and future is not an easy task. it is a complete course and need lot of practice and experience, so beware of such antisocial elements who to earn money are doing this act. people should not give donations to such .if you want to donate money on such places like dargah,masjid,temples, etc put in the locked box for this purpose generally in those people who are visited by hundreds of people. money ogiven in the hands is not used for the purpose you want.
so believe only in god. that is the reason education is necessary,most illiterated are made fool.this is negligible in developed nations,middle east and other countries like turkey people do not believe in such. even in holy city madina and holy mecca the rules are very strict,nobody is allowed entry,or offer flowers etc. this problem only is in india,pakistan,bangladesh,nepal bhutan,burma now myanmar or shri lanka. a little extent in malasia and indonesisia. the culture influenced by india since centuries,.
so mainly i want to highligt is that you shold follow your religion as directed in holy books of your religion. dont get influencesed by such cheaters and opportunists who due to their greed are misguiding you and putting you away from right path,and playing with your emotions and faith may

when torrent took over power supply and billing at agra all were happy that every thing will be normalised. in beginning the citizens of agra faced heavy load shedding .the excuse was that the structure is in very bad condition.dont know how u.p.s.e.b., was running. o.k. few protests were there then people started cooperating that position will improve. torrent appointed many those who were working on adhoc with upseb. they know the old tactics and lacunas. instead new staff from i t i . must have been trained on their old sites elsewhere. the wiring ,transformers are still in dangerous position no attention. i think that the new arrivals senior officers are still not on sites .i am giving two examples to verify,one is on bye pass opposit hotel and closed petrol pump. many new people get down by bus there they can ever touch the high voltage line ,second is i saw two days ago in gali mansa devi, the panel is same open position and high tension line in such a narrow lane. how it was allowed it must have been underground. we can find many cases elsewhere and the residents should report in wring with acnowledgement,to enable the concerned agencies to put up the matters.though media is working on it but the locals will have to inform and cooperate.all are against theft of electricity but those areas where the rate of recovery is good should not be experimented for comleting the target .this i am mentionig because you will find in kamla nagar contractor people knocking every hous that metre is to be changed. this i am observig since last many months,change3d o9ne or two and disappear then again come in some area. seeing so much of incidences it should be in a planned manner. all individuals should be informed mentioning that this premises with connection no. and name should be sent first as intimation so that the concerned may be present on site.many hoses are even occupied by tenants,and they need time to come and allow the tenant to get the changes done. because as per law if the tenant do any changes in absence or without permission he can be evacuated. so written information to the connection holders is necessary. some senior j.e., level staff should accompany the team of private cotractor and local police should be informed that house to house metre change work will be done......

how to manage

the rush in markets,maincrossings,and main stops is only due to mismanagement. you can find 3 people travelling on motorcycles,vehicles parked at places near to market. people to save few rupees park anywhere they want. they even do not fear of police sitting on chairs. this sort of attitude of people have developed due to everybody telling relation to some political party or leader. due to rush the antisocial elements are taking advantage, sometimes the local police to known by face to the nearby residents. so it is seen that sometimes neglect seeing also. the so called parchi holders at main busy places like bhagwan,others they show more power than adminstration,they also have the guts to get dipute settled. such people in all govt offices called as dalals have spoiled the image of the govt. employees very much. in british time also bribe was taken.but at wrong places,or from antiscials or law breakers. generally when i travel in a auto i ask why so many pl many people in space of three. yhe reply is get down i have to genarally argue. i see the concerned on duty rarely check for rush. all are united on this matter they say we pay huge amount daily to run on these roads. ....i dont know why the information system of thes people is reliable,before start of any checking they regularise. ans few hpurs as usual/ the commuters pay full fare and inconvenience due to corruption,and mediators every where openly collecting money. if the senior officials travel like common man they can themselves see the situation. why when there is parking all over agra the vehicles are not parked properly. till when due to no strictness people will bear problem.
aristocrats,beurocrats do not know the exact position .becuse when the leaders leaders pass through such rush places the traffic is stopped many hours before and their fleet pass on easily either on highway or cities. they must be thinking how fluently the traffic is moving. such arragements are to hide the reality. the secretaries inform many days earlier and the rote is improved in all respects. the elected representative shold understand the problem of mass. simly seeing few in good conditions and reports ,datas,news by their nears and dears is not the reality.plese they should see for themselves by doing surprise checks,the area elected representatives are seen occassinally on inaugratins,parties,or in some special programmes. even the sabhasads are not seen in their areas. truh is to be find out and strict measures needed to be taken

crime can be reduced

our country have a vast population,and big borders. awareness,cooperation,support to admin,and good co-ordination can solve a lot of problems of state and central govt...few years back i wrote many registered letters in my own hand writing to the secretaries of prime minister and chief minister. but i even not got acknowledgment. in those letters i gave many suggestions for improvement. generally the letters come to p.m. office for personal works.may be they not seen due to overload. sorting of such letters is necessary many government agencies like r.t.o wait and measures c.i.d. and other investigation agencies police department if all work in proper way, that is in a planned way and regularly the graph of crime can reduced from maximum to normal.
routine check of licenses etc. can help to detect the anti social elements. the Hy - phi technology like mobiles, p.c.O's good way of living sophisticated vehicles and weapons, easily availability of such materials on borders, smuggled goods has become of grate help to criminals. the support of few so called leaders who keep such people for support are always seen accumulating on police station pressurizing the officers to give them relieve. this sort of support for illegal activities should be stopped. the concerned officers who wants to take action such antisocial elements due to political pressure resist this also make the senior officials immuned not to work. people should not support leaders on such activities and occasions. politics doesn't mean to help for personal benefit. in the end i would like to say that the proper screening and check is very necessary on all check points without any fear of partiality. good looking doesn't mean that your all papers licenses etc. are up to the mark. public should also cooperate during checking to detect the wrong.

the rate of crime has increased to high % in all metro and other cities. the main reason behind it is less feeling of responsibility,no fear,training not up to the present standard of crime,and no doubt involvement in corruption. the other reason is undue,undeserving promotions,no recognition of good work. political interference,and too much of unnecessary transfers has reduced the interest of official. it is well known that bribe is involved in placement. highlighted and caught many times by media that higher officials are more worried on sending the premium suvidha above monthly. otherwise may be you are senior be ready to go to backward areas. talented some officers prefer to go on such posts where they not have to pay such r arrange for such on priority. i am sad that such politicians are doing this at the cost of nation. normally leaving exceptions it is hard to collect lakhs,but people have declared crores and they do not have rich heritage and use to live very hard life .but politics and no strict law and lacuna's of declaring income in the way of presentation,benefit is taken. politics now is an industry,spend for ticket,give good donations get good portfolios. then earn as you like. i had been discussing with many they sad we spent lakhs for appointment,we have to pay interest besides the original amount. so any how we have to earn. now if they say it means corruption or cheating somebody is involved. all have find out methods to earn, and some are doing to survive on their choice post and place. now the administration and concerned staff have no time to visit of which all take advantage,criminal or others, their is ban on polythene now china's thin poly bags in market ,chain snatching,theft,even so effected then also people not write f.i.r.. saying no chance of recovery. does the c.i.d.,not give report of such incidences,. due to this the moral of criminals very high ,modern technology gives them support. they can reach any where in the city, they roam easily on public places, if the local people see them roaming always then why not concerned deptt. checking of vehicles,rush areas,r.t.o., also be strict and local police may accompany,on routine check many wrong can also be caught. so i say all deptt,s. like r.t.o.,sales tax,n.m.p. health deptt.,police if may become active much can be improved. .....see my other blogs on these topics on environment

many govt.agencies if strict and vigilant many problems can be solved. the lower staff is immuned to not to work properly,and the administrative staff is helpless,or fearful of them ,may be due to loopholes,or a joint suvidha center in which they are also sharer. this must be teasing but this is truth that the senors are seen requesting for work. i often go to court and other govt deptt. their i saw a senior judge was asking for some work in a court for electric work and cotnd. for three days he was making excuses .the opportunity the system has given. many are taking the undue advantage of it .the facilities were given by law and constitution was to bring the down trodden up from poverty for development to the level of mass, but now the beneficial are using for disobeying,and not to work. really very pity. i have never faced such in my private sector tenure ,if i use to see that somebody is not taking interest i use to sack with three months salary because we had power and support by top management and no involvement of politicians etc. this all has happened in system because max are involved in earning illegally,and when the boss himself will come after 12.00noon, and group d who knows very well that sahib is enjoying at home not gone on any site .this is simply to tell to public. what respect they can get from subordinates.
few days back my father visited a officer in n.m.p., he said to him that i am thrice to pay tax. i old man face problem to come.the officer called the concerned .the reply to the boos of subordinate was that the collection book is at home i will take later on. the reason is that my father can never pay something extra. the position in district such offices is worst,and govt is loosing crores due to corruption .this can be find out by any impartial agency why systems are not improved in this computerized age,why the records are not updated all due to keeping chances of corruption.if proper billing and record then who will pay extra. crores we spend on other requirement but nothing concrete yet done with centralized system,billing,payment receipts ,status on all centers and collection counters.we are still following century old system due to our personal benefit. why their are very less problems with B.s.n.l.,post offices,banks,torrent,private sector,insurance,etc because their are no lacuna's to earn. so i mean is that if once all is regularized then water tax, house tax,sewer tax ,and other deptt.s will not adopt new techniques the corruption will continue. though planned years back the delay only due to that if all regularized on circle rate no evaluation physically approx, all to done with making maps of houses etc will stop suvidha. all developed countries are flourishing because the local govt. bodies and govt. is getting right revenue,nobody shares in between and citizens voluntarily give the right information.

areas which need socil workers...

in India we have very less social workers. most of on record are either doing to make n.g.o. ,or others to gain popularity,among public their community, their locality show off ,future planning to gane some portfolio or election ticket. some are doing it only to show their position that they are rich . social service only not need money but also love for poor ,needy downtrodden keeping apart cast creed or religions. i know many who call media on such occasion, they also invite local leaders to get recognition. no doubt they get benefit in their business or political activities. i observe many such program mes, i found that help was given to those who are there employees,in hose or factory. because of this the help taker is under pressure of help and have no courage to ask for his benefits allowed, because the helper always give reference of the help given to him. when the worker is asked for extra work. this i mean that if the members choose person of their own choice it is indirectly not a social service but a bonus to worker or it family. publicity they get free .
this i have mentioned because the existing old age homes,orphanages,schools,hospitals,started by many social workers of their times.or many run by missionaries,and many other old social organizations all over India are lacking funds. due to which their strength is going down and are running under capacity. though people take benefit in taxes they can even give huge funds to big hospitals,schools,orphanages,and old age homes.
it will be beneficial that instead of making small societies based on some parameters and limitations it will be better to donate in kind to big s.s.o., bodies and their centers and to big govt controlled such homes,hospitals etc. because the budget of help in big such hosp.,homes is bigger combined help is only possible because the apparatuses construction,others is very costly. so their is less possibility of individual publicity. their you will get joint appreciation and coverage. .
this trend has started from last few years that people come forward more for individual or community charity program mes and have divided on base of caste,creed,community,or religion. while doing such help nothing should be criteria,and help must go to the real deserved without any partiality or favor. if one is donor and also portfolio holder then it is not possible that the real needy who deserve will get help. for selection a separate body is needed.this is not a hard task but easily manageable. i request the social helpers to come out of limitations and and work for all. ..........
