latest by chief election commissioners the candidates against those cases in judiciary are pending should not be allowed to go for elections is very right. because if any comes in power the enquiry is definitely effected and the culprit take advantage of it. many anti socials always keep themselves associated with any party to get support.the reason behind it only to get shelter of politics.many candidates even get elected staying in jail by their terror.this is the duty of political parties to screen such before giving ticket.because such opportunists with help of money earned by unfair means spend in getting portfolios or ticket.due to long judicial process they even complete their tenure and take undue advantage from administration and public.administration is also helpless due to their political presence or power.definitely such get advantage by entering in politics and they should be banned till the verdict of court comes.all political parties should support such for good politics and deserving candidature.

why so i write on

generally my readers ask me that why you write against overloading,encroachment,routine checks,etc. the reason behind it that i go by public conveyance and see the problems of many and even sometimes i face .yesterday i was going to rajakimandi from kamla nagar,first i saw that the city buses have no time schedule three buses at a time was on route ,so fast in k.n.a. that they were not picking passengers,on stop.fourth bus came i got into it with my wife. only few passengers were there mostly of m.s.t.,somebody picked mobile of my wife from her purse outer pocket, near st.johns choraha(crossing).i went back to hariprwat police station but could register only information of lost.helpless i needed it to stop the services. the service of air tel of customer care took almost two hours to deactivate.it is not easy to contact customer care though now paid.anyhow my daughter got it deactivated from kamla nagar airtel office or franchisee.due to these antisocials unnecessary problems.then i could not get bus from hariparwat so i went by rickshaw.no space for buses to stop due to parking of vehicles on road who to bother.
so due to no time schedule bus go empty or with less passengers and three wheelers overloaded,no checks ,though they cross many crossings and police booths.r.t.o.,check occasionally but that time all regularized due to good information from somewhere and misuse of mobile.one or two as checked all get missed calls to regularize. the position of overloading is all over Agra ,mostly on kamla nagar to bhagwan and on m.g.road the reason they tell that they pay more suvidha to police and r.t.o. dept.it is impossible to carry 8 passengers,one in the lap of other and reason of pickpocketing,robbery etc. thousands of incidences are not reported due to hardships in making complaints on police stations.nobody want to show increase in graph.i wrote that this should not be the parameter of performance.security of every individual is impossible but such can be identified.the supporters of such are foot path dwellers,pan shops,stands where they accumulate for their shikar.they take advantage of rush generally artificially created.maximum problem is in raja ki mandi bazar where generally they even open the purse zip and their companions block the way to shops standing on shops as customers but they not are.every day incidences occur as told by shopkeepers of market when yesterday i was discussing about my mobile theft.
so this is the reason that i always write that if all follow rules and regulation,wrong parking of scooters etc.prevented and encroachment removed and routine check of public transport like three wheelers,and tracing of antisocials in rush markets and stands etc.the such can be caught.

how such irresponsible statements

previously also minister of central govt. gave statement in press that sugar rates can be high for next few months, the results were that the black marketers stocked sugar and the prices are still high. media reported that all was done intentionally to help his own relatives sugar mills who sold then in high prices.may be that he must be having indirect benefit.such allies of govt s.. are always in controversies and central govt instead of punishing such keeps mum.the same has been done in case of onion,he gave statement,opposition a good issue, prime minister showed his concern,but ultimately mass of poor public who eats his day meal in lunch during working with onion is now eating with only salt and chilly. it does not effect those who are in business, they have increased the price of their products or all food items have increased along with onion. it is always seen that the opportunists always take advantage of diesel,gas,petrol hike though it adds few paisa to their cost but the price rises are many rupees. our govt is under such great economists of their times but why such are not calculated. simple showing data s of progress are not facts they are not reliable. see the position of mass. the most effected is non business class no way TO INCREASE HIS INCOME. OTHER MANIPULATE BY RISING THEIR ITEMS THEY SELL OR DO BUSINESS. THE MARGIN OF M.R.P., IS ITSELF A BIG HELP. EVEN A LOCAL SHOPKEEPER INCREASES ONE RUPEE ON ALL PRODUCTS IT BECOMES THOUSAND FOR CUSTOMER. so such silly statements is always a help to opportunists. as soon as news came in market that gas prices are to increase shortage of gas in market. those who stock or use gas commercially are queuing and by unfair means are getting from godown itself. for controlling supply of gas should only be at address not from way or godown of gas agencies. this can also help illegal connections.no use of commercial gas due to high prices is putting burden on kitchen gases in the way of price hikes in every budget or in between. why the mass to pay for illegal users first Indian oil corporation should be strict in their responsibilities then only results can come. it is the practice of all govt.s and local bodies like n.m.p., etc that they they do not control their sources which can increase the revenue to more then 60 % but a simple weapon increase of taxes often a easy method giving burden only to right tax payers and many by way of corruption are enjoying by only saving the taxes. many take taxes from customer but never go to govt. highlighted by me to state and central govt. many years back.govt to make policies seeing all benefit.service class cannot save taxes and also buy high prices daily needs, may be this may be the cause of corruption.service class or farmer,laborer,small city vendors,private enterprise employees are only effected no chance to hide tax or to earn from any other source.so this is to be seen the policies are for mass or for benefit of few no allowances for poor downtrodden,those privileged and having high portfolios making policies themselves must move by public transport and see the public reality as the olden days kings use to see in night or day moving without their lashkar.people do not elect their representatives to enjoy royal life and make money and save in foreign banks they send such to serve the country not to make earn to their heirs or relatives.

attention to check antisocials among them

whenever something is introduced anti socials start its misuse their are few of the fields which can be harmful. may be few may be effected but for nation it is necessary to control or check two of them i will highlight for attention of social organizations and others.
one of it i will draw attention is call centers opening very fast in the country. it is to be seen that they are registered and licensed properly,are they following the norms. what information are they giving outside the country. are such DATAS ARE STORED OR DELETED AFTER TALK IS OVER.do we provide knowledge what allowed. i would request the concerned authorities to check the activities of such service providers in national interest. it may not happen that our technology may not be transferred by such.

the second problem i am observing is of the loss of water filtered by reverse osmosis method about 70%water is going to sewage system unnecessary the impurities are increased though already we have lot of treatment expenses. the b.o.d., c.o.d.,of affluent s are very high and these discharges from homes,hospitals,other commercial houses, and water bottle suppliers are adding very huge discharge of such water. is their any control on such establishments who are wasting the ground water which is in poor level everywhere in India. it is necessary to control water wastage otherwise coming generations will not get required quantity of water which is short even today. the cost of cleaning in water works have gone very high.prevention is now very necessary, water purifier companies need to find out alternate method to purify water. such wastage is not ecofriendly, surprising how such methods were allowed in India

very unfortunate

i am very hurt when i see incidences which occur like yesterday in Benaras,over all it is failure in our efforts to control the same, such are using the existing network like mobile,internet,made for useful purposes. all will have to be united ,cooperative to administration in detecting such elements without any grudge of their own which waste time of concerned. to finish terrorism all will have to be strict on their duties,corruption to eliminate.i wrote for many years back but still many are not implemented. this is not the matter of taking any political benefit or to show weaknesses.use of internet,mobile m.m.s. from where and which place can be easily detected. local intelligence and private monitoring is necessary. if public show awareness and proper checking by many license checking dept. .regular strict checks and door to door verification without any local help individually by neutral persons can be of great help. because many anti-socials are hidden among us with the logo of some party,organization,society, others.so to prevent such if all are perfectly doing their duties, and all work is done as per norms no wrong element and opportunists can take any benefit .for my many other suggestion earlier see on my blogs.political parties also should help the ruling in such problems and to extend their best cooperation possible ,no criticism required,because this needs lot of homework to finish.

strict measures can achieve the target easily

i have written many times that strictness and penalty on wrong can increase the revenue of government bodies and there will not be a need of increasing taxes every time. people find ways to hide and not much increase except from employees of govt. or private sector who have no ways to hide. proper investigation,regular checks,and strict punishment to the defaulters can change the scenario. besides it a bonus of appreciation and praise of good governance, people will face less difficulties .
the most govt deptt. which can help are as follows.
Transport dept. can increase by preventing overloading in private /public conveyances.
n.m.p. can by proper assessments,illegal hoarding,encroachment,illegal stands,penalties on defaulters.
sales tax,excise by regular checks.
income tax by very early risen people, increase of wealth in few years only. though are establishments not look so profit making.
trace out such enterprises though they take taxes from buyers but not have registered firms or establishment in any dept.
all license giving dept.s to recheck the establishments are they running as per requirements. besides that many other lacuna which people are taking advantage and needs proper monitoring and check the wrong should be punished and to be penalized so that the burden may not go to the right and wrong with the help of corrupt people get rid of paying the right tax and giving national revenue loss, which can be utilized in the up gradation of crores of downtrodden living in very adverse condition. prevention of such is very necessary now,

we feel ashamed when such incidents occur like it happened yesterday at Fatehpur sikri, one tourist died and many injured. besides such incidences due to access fromm city of the historical sites, antisocial elements are always roaming inside the site. though the population of village sikri lives inside wall city, but due to no proper maintenance of village which were diverted from the gate from where we enter, but due to short cut people stated using buland darwaza and other building road. as in the times of Moguls, the doors and path was in control of then army nobody dared to tress pass. the separate diversion from entry gate demolished but it remains must be inside debris or nearby. the Mogul empire capital remained for many years but the question does not arise of a common road for village. due to encroachment many have even encroached near the main buildings. the old paintings are in many archives, which show a separate path with trees roadside little away from monument.this is the leniency of not following the law and no arrangement of govt. transport,trespassing due to corruption,no proper boundary of boundary which must have existed earlier, and no separate road arrangement by their palika, except charging entry, and no alternate development. sikri never got the required monument, though lakhs of tourists are attracted here. their is vast land inside walled city which can be developed. if proper attention is given and all monuments may be protected by wall this will also check illegal entry of antisocial elements. other measures can also be taken to prevent such. bye pass for sikri village is a must now .such incidents are effecting the image of our country.
